Big Day in Florida.

Have literally waited half my life for medicine to be legal in Florida. Just moved back from Denver a month ago and was kinda feeling bummed out but eager to get my FL med card. Got the golden email today after three weeks without my meds. I honestly didn’t know what to expect coming from Denver - but found myself pleasantly surprised with their Odra (OG Kush) vape cartridge. It exceeded my expectations. Tasted really good and after 2 rips I was still floored 2 hours later. Getting off to a good start with my Florida medical experience and I will def be back to try some of their other strains. 👍🏼

The staff was amazing with the best product yet. Ive been to trulieve and yes nice store but when it comes down to who knows best knox is the way to do. Im a quadriplegic and have been for 6 years. Ive Walked for 17 years of my life and in the chair for 6. Cannabis oils work. Knox is the best.

I have been with them from the beginning of my diagnoses, I have never had any bad experience with them. They all are good people, there products are good, and help me tremendously, I’m a veteran with multiple medical conditions. And believe CBD/CBN is a miracle to me! My pain is in check no longer need class One or higher amount of pain pills for my chronic pain! I’m healing! I’m my eyes.

Plenty of parking. j had to have a new profile created while I waited in the lobby. I was the only patient there at the time. this was about 1pm on Saturday. I purchased what I was there for and left, All in less than 10 minutes.

Little Pricey but all around a good dispensary

This is Florida so all the dispensaries are new and each one is still in the learning phase, Knox Medical is very nice place on San Jose Blvd but as I said they are more expensive than other competitors but Hey you can do what you want when you have a monopoly and the state of FL has patients hands tied. IMO we should be able to grow our own medicine period.

i drive all the way overthere from my house on the norhtside of jacksonville just to be told a promotion they sent with starting date of today was not really available somehow friendly staff but not helpful at alli will never going back there.

Worst Customer Service & Product

I came into San jose location, picked 2 of one product and one of another. I asked if I could refund or exchange 2 of them since when it was opened it smelt like hay had no terp profile. She takes container to back room while she says looks like we have to throw away another bottle of perfectly good marijuana since someone comes in and didn't know what he wanted. No your product was junk, it wasn't as it claimed. This is medicine there are no shortcuts you provide what you claim or I don't want it period as any other consumer. She tried to charge me more money when it was all the same price. Tried to get her to explain why I was beeing charged $19 more, she tried charging me for returned medication. I asked her to work with me in trying to understand she started yelling at me and told me to get the f out. She is san Jose's manager. I have video proof to anyone who wants to see or help spread how this company does business. I'm a cancer patient with anxiety &pain left with no medication
