It was an exciting day for a lot of us picking up our 30% THC Black Tuna whole flower orders from the Trulieve Baymeadows location. I placed my Black Tuna order online and as always received excellent follow-up communication from Trulieve Baymeadows, with a text and email confirmation. Trulieve offers extra assurance that when I visit any of their dispensaries online and represent having a product in stock, once I cart my products, my order must be honored and guaranteed to be available. When I arrived, I was informed that there was zero Black Tuna whole flower left. I had reserved 1/2 oz of Black Tuna whole flower. An awesome Shift Supervisor by the name of Bri came out to assist me after she learned of my situation. Bri immediately apologized for the huge inconvenience and directed me to Monica (GM) to resolve the issue. Monica was ABOVE & BEYOND!!
