TOP NOTCH PRODUCT AND SERVICE!

My first experience with dispensaries came from the incredible and knowledgeable people at GrowHealthy. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and help. I do not know much about these products... until now. From CBD Tinctures, to Indica vs Sativa, to the different types of targeting for pain relief and sleep. These guys know their stuff and the products are absolutely gorgeous! I recommend this store highly and ask them about their New Patient rates and Disability discounts.

THE BEST SERVICE

I went there as first time patient and was greeted by two friendly gentlemen who took all my information and processed my paperwork. they explained the different strains, handed me a menu with all the prices along with my first time patient discount. It took less than 5 minutes then I went into the back and I was like in the Field of Dreams everything was right there in your face with monitors showing all the strains with prices. It was the best step up I have seen and with the drive-thru hopefully going into effect soon it will even be better. Oh and they open at 8am n close at 9pm and on holidays. Come on why go anyway where else!! Your crazy if u do!! I know I will b going back there again n again!!

First time and Won;t Be the Last

First time here and the ran the 150.00 get 75.00 . Now we are about 35 miles away keep that in mind, we get there and check in. Kevin took care of us . Knowledge was like Dave Chappelle asking if he went to Weed College! Made our visit very fun and relaxed. We took home Bubba Kush and Sillicone Valley OG. Vape Cart of Citral Glue . The SVOG had purple all over, I love colors lol. Got blazed of the Jelly bean nice high vs stoned feeling. Had the Bubba Kush Nice , I would say its worth the ride or have it Sent to you!

EXCELLENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE

I have been a growhealthy patient for six months. I am glad they opened the Lake Worth location, it is closer to my house. I no longer have to make the drive to West Palm Beach from Boca Raton. All of the staff is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and they’re all great at customer service. The only thing I would recommend, is a more diversified product line. Many things go out of stock quickly, and I believe that grow healthy should keep more products in stock. If you want the best person to sell you your products, ask for Jose or Marc. But, no matter who you get, they are the best.

My first experience at Grow Healthy was similar to others’ review. Extremely pleasant intake staff; friendly without being fake. Michael helped with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable and easy going. His product suggestions were spot-on for me. The product itself is very good. And the selection is one to be rivaled! The almost daily discounts Grow Healthy offers are definitely the cherry on top of this ‘great experience’ sundae.

good variety of products

I've been trying to get vape and flower for quite a while, when they're supply came in as they said they got a good variety and the flowers was awesome. Employees are knowledgeable and fun about teaching you. I didn't feel like I was stupid at all. Awesome thank you for the education 💯😘😗😀

Best products in Florida!

This dispensary and staff are top notch located in an awesome state of the art setup. They have increased their veterans discount to 30% and rolled out new daily specials that more than make up for the recent price change. With the new mix and match of buying 2 1/2 gram products for the price of a 1 gram and stackable daily discounts the costs are less than before the recent price change. For example, I get a veteran discount so my cost is down to just over $26 per 1/2 gram product. The quality of the products are a higher level than most of the other MMTC's as their vape carts are not cut with anything like mct oil. One of the differences with Grow Healthy compared to the rest is that the products in the syringes and vape cartridges are the same pure cannabis extract with real cannabis derived terpenes. They do have a some products that are clearly stated with plant derived terpenes for folks looking for flavored products.

Poor quality flower

I went to pick up some flower here today and was very disappointed to spend 50$ for shake and broken buds. I was even more disappointed when I opened my pre roll and it was less than one inch of bud past the filter. I measured to make sure.

Misrepresenting Medicine Potency

This was only my second order from GrowHealthy and they have already disappointed me greatly. I ordered the mix and match special 1/2 gram syringes; Bird of Paradise at 83.77% and Bubba Kush at 83.75% online. When the order arrives I can clearly see the label does not match what I ordered. Delivery driver suggested that I contact the customer service representative that placed the order. I emailed them with the problem, batch numbers and photos of the labels. It took until the next day to get the results of the batch reports which confirmed that I have fallen for the oldest trick in the book... the old bait and switch! How can a company get away with misrepresenting medicine potency and misleading patients? Needless to say I will be thinking twice about placing any future orders with GrowHealthy.

!Terrible dispensary! Will never return

My friend purchased a cartridge from here, and it had a spider mite in the oil.. visibly floating. So I decided to go check out the dispensary today, and was denied service because I didn’t have a drivers license? I have my valid Florida medical license, yet was told to leave and that I needed 2 forms of identification to come back. I have been to multiple other dispensaries AND HAVE NOT NEEDED 2 FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION ANYWHERE OTHER THAN HERE. Yet I was told it was a requirement.. will not be returning to buy your mite infested products and receive terrible customer service again.
