Let me tell you this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had in any dispensary let alone in the Tallahassee "wellness center" of Surterra. I spend a great amount of money in this establishment over $1,000 the month of August alone. Several employees at this location have misdispensed my meds on numerous occasions. Jessica Hasapes, Ciara Carr and Dana DiBartolomeo are all horrible employees and should be fired!  A little background: This all started when Ciara Carr forgot to dispense 4 of the 10 products I purchased on Aug. 30th. When I noticed that she was working I asked for the manager and explained what had happened. Dana DiBartolomeo, was the one who was stepped up and stated that I was wrong that she didn't forget that it was a system error.  Then after I get home to check my registry I find that they double dispensed me and moved everything to my oral. After I specifically asked for it to be put under my topical because I use it to make my own salve. I desperately need tho

After voicing my opinion to the company on May 1st about their overnight price hike. I was first met with the response that I must have been confused, that it was just an "introductory price"... Then got a second response that if enough people spoke up they would consider correcting their mistake. I have been patient but I still don't see any indication that they are going to change their prices. I still love you guys at my local store but company is putting PROFITS BEFORE PATIENTS 😡

Only my second visit and I am less than impressed! Staff were sitting around on there phones when I walked in and somewhat dismissive. Wouldn't let me stack discounts like every other dispensary. Ordered three of the Coral Reffer disposables, tender got upset when I asked to check the air bubbles. Let him know that two were significantly lower than the other. He played the same song and dance about the wick... Yada yada yada. Blew thru the first one in about 24 hrs, don't see me retuning.

This was only my second order from GrowHealthy and they have already disappointed me greatly. I ordered the mix and match special 1/2 gram syringes; Bird of Paradise at 83.77% and Bubba Kush at 83.75% online. When the order arrives I can clearly see the label does not match what I ordered. Delivery driver suggested that I contact the customer service representative that placed the order. I emailed them with the problem, batch numbers and photos of the labels. It took until the next day to get the results of the batch reports which confirmed that I have fallen for the oldest trick in the book... the old bait and switch! How can a company get away with misrepresenting medicine potency and misleading patients? Needless to say I will be thinking twice about placing any future orders with GrowHealthy.

Went in to see Dr. Dorn today and had my smokeable added to my inhalation route. It was a super easy patient transfer process. Was able to book an appointment for the next day without having to wait like at my previous Doc. I highly recommend this place if you want an alternative to some of the others in town.

The website has not been updated in weeks. No way to place online orders call store direct and nobody picks up. Try calling the call center just to wait on hold and get dumped to an answering machine. Leave a message and don't even get a call back. 😡🤬😠😡

UPDATE: Reached out to the email address provided on April 2nd and have still yet to receive any response. Had completely forgot about it until I left another review on here today... Not a great way to respond to customers. Prices are high and they wouldn't let me stack discounts, was told to pick one or the other. Two of the three flower cups I got tasted like seeds. Also the concentrate that they have listed online as 'waxes' is most definitely not like any wax I have purchased or even seen. It was much more like a distillate that was put into a jar instead of a syringe.
