Pros: Nice, friendly staff. They are at work so the ones I interact with appear to like their jobs. My order is always ready when I walk in. Of course, I wait for confirmation. So far, since it went legal, it was here I paid the least amount for something that was close to a 4.25 (out of 5, fyi, still looking for that 5) for effect. 28g @ $160. HA! The selection is enough for all my needs, and I have many. I'm on a shatter kick right now as an add-in to my flower. It's relatively close. I can go 10 min away or here, almost 30 minutes away. I like saving money, and the larger selection. They have a decent parking lot, with two access/exit points and a drive through, however for med, I think walking in is quicker. Plus I may see something inside that catches my eye. Cons: They don't always have those killer oh-zee deals. But I get by, with a little help from my friends......at Enlightened Abingdon.

Slowest dispensary I’ve ever been to. Always take more than 30 mins. Genuinely don’t understand how they make it so slow. Avoid it.

Trust me unless you are here at 8am it will take at LEAST an hour or more to get your order. Go to ascend or rise and you will save time and they are way better

They've been open for a while now and can't figure out how to make the buying process faster....... once I get to the store, I average 45-60 minutes at the store, and that's with pre ordering!! That's also counting the time standing outside in the line before you even get inside!!

With a preorder it takes 40 min to get in and out. Today the outside wait was 15-20min, it's 25deg outside and older people are forced to stand out in the cold. This is with a preorder! Slowest I've even been to.

I have been a loyal customer of Enlighten Revcanna since they first opened, but after my recent experience, I'm seriously reconsidering ever going back. I made an order this morning at 9 am before work, and when I arrived at the store, there was an absurdly long line for the drive-thru. Given my health condition and the fact that I need a total knee replacement, standing in line is an extremely painful ordeal for me. After enduring a 40-minute wait in the drive-thru line, I finally reached the window, only to be told that they accept cash only. No problem, right? Wrong. The cashier, without a hint of empathy, informed me that they had supposedly sent me a text three days ago about this policy change. I don't read spam texts, and they certainly don't make it to my message board. Instead of offering any assistance or alternative solutions, she callously told me to come inside and wait again.
