I have been a loyal customer of Enlighten Revcanna since they first opened, but after my recent experience, I'm seriously reconsidering ever going back. I made an order this morning at 9 am before work, and when I arrived at the store, there was an absurdly long line for the drive-thru. Given my health condition and the fact that I need a total knee replacement, standing in line is an extremely painful ordeal for me. After enduring a 40-minute wait in the drive-thru line, I finally reached the window, only to be told that they accept cash only. No problem, right? Wrong. The cashier, without a hint of empathy, informed me that they had supposedly sent me a text three days ago about this policy change. I don't read spam texts, and they certainly don't make it to my message board. Instead of offering any assistance or alternative solutions, she callously told me to come inside and wait again. Frustrated and in pain, I called the store hoping for someone more understanding. Unfortunately

This Place!! I have been a client since they opened and extremely fateful to them! Went in the other day to redeem my points and they treated me like a criminal wanted to audit my account! Over a 50 redemption that I earned, Karen went in the back and came to the front and says yours will take a while you are one of are top clients and biggest spender. So please dont questions me?
