We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your purchase my friend! :( We will be getting a new order of concentrates in here soon, potentially of all new strains! I would also like to point out that we have been altering our brand/selection of concentrates quite frequently here recently and that's unfortunately not all by choice. It can be difficult to obtain concentrates at a reasonable price point while still maintaining quality and we try our best here considering we buy and outsource all of our special products. My next point being, we do offer concentrates here but we are mainly a flower storefront. That is where most of our best prices and selection will lye. If you're looking for concentrates perhaps we are not the store for you! There's plenty of other places that can help you find what you are looking for! :) Thanks for your review! Disclaimer: If customers have any issues whatsoever with a product it is no problem for them to simply call the store so we can resolve said complaints. It doesn't help us or give us any information by leaving a poor review, how are we as business owners supposed to recognize and correct our wrongs if you cannot tell us as an individual the problem you are having and or what you are having difficulties with. We always try to make things right with our customers, and generally speaking most of our customers that have had an issue with a product, just return it to us or call in to get it replaced!

As a belated response the customer was given the kief free and the ounce she purchased cost only $40. She totally failed to make her complaint known to us which would have allowed us to resolve said issue. instead she went straight to weedmaps in attempts to hurt our reputation and sales which asks the question: was she paid by our competition to lodge a bad review? As we all know for a fact that dispensaries are rewarding their customers for submitting good reviews, they also reward for bad reviews against their competition!
