Was given an open pack of gummies. Supposed to have 10 gummies, was only 5. Nothing they can do. Which is understandable, however how I was spoken to by Mike was totally unacceptable. Will definitely be checking ALL products from now on at EVERY dispensary from now on. Thanks for the extra anxiety and trauma.

I wish I had read the reviews on this place before I ever wasted the time to stop there. As I was getting my wallet out to pay for my purchases, some "large" woman complained about the angle my car was parked at in the one lone handicapped spot to what I guess was a manager. I was then ordered out of the store, out of the parking lot and refused service even though I have a legal handicapped placard. This cretin acted like he was trying to humilate me in public by saying that he was refusing my business just to look tough for all the other people in that store, customers and staff alike. If this is how they treat disabled customers then they won't see any of my money. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

I once highly recommend this place as the BEST spot to go with a 5 star review..However after the past several months of going to this place I have encountered a manager there who claims to be part owner who has been very disrespectful not only towards me but to the staff as well. Im mad as hell I have spent thousands of dollars there im a patient and for this manager who obviously everyone hates cannot control the way he talks to people. He treats his staff like crap and talks to his customers about other customers like that leagl right?. He told me today he doesn't understand why I ask for what u ask for like he treated me like shixt and told me he going to give me what he wants hell no.. he needs to be fired for violating privacy laws and his nasty attitude like we owe him a damn thing. This place is a great place no lie but this guy this manager he is disrespectful and disgusting.

I have to say this is a good dispensary. It is nicely stocked with plenty of medicine and a variety. The budtenders I have dealt with are very friendly and take the time to listen to you and try and suggest the right the medicine for whatever your malady might be. Keep up the good work.

Long term shopper at Koli east and west and the Miami store left nothing too want there store was jam packed with all the same goodies and great flower 🌼 !!!!! Fantastic prices and even better service!

I finally decided to stop into Koli today and take a peek and was it the best decision of my life? Possibly! The atmosphere was fantastic from the setup of the room to the music and energy the employees provided! I regret not getting the name of my bud tender because his service was impeccable. From listening to my rambling to listening to what I was looking for and providing quality without trying to upsell. I told you I’d leave the comment for the .99 pre-roll (didn’t have internet on my phone but he’s a g and trusted me), and you better believe your boy will be back soon!!
