Got a Select Elite Live cartridge, and first of all it’s certainly child proof, but I got a half gram and it’s already a 1/4 of the way empty, literally, straight out of the box. And it’s not cheap either so it can’t help but to be a loss. Not sure if I’ll be able to come back for a return either due a brief visit in the area.

Not pleased with staff recommendations of their highest price items. Selected a sativa and a hybrid…. Completely bogus claim on the hybrid, it says Indica right on it. Terriable service!!!!!!

After being sold extremely dry quality flower i decided to give returning the product a shot. After speaking to a manager over the phone I was told to bring back product with receipt. When arriving i entered the facility and spoke with the kind woman at the front entrance explaining her the return situation. After being let into the facility I conducted the return with a very nice gentleman named Jorge! While exchanging the old flower for new pre rolls a random woman I hadn't even spoke to came from out the back and decided to give me her opinion on which weed I should buy. When telling her I rather not but appraciate her opinion she then threatened me with security. After asking her what he problem is and if she is mentally okay she reached for her radio and called security to remove me.after tipping 2 times and buying 50$ of pre rolls. After security runs past me completely missing me she then says I'm baned and threatens me with police. Tell the owner watch the video with audio!!

Just abysmal

Been to over 30 mass and Maine dispensaries. Zen is easily top 3 worst experiences I’ve had at any shop. Complete amateur hour. New patient signup was a complete fiasco. Attendant in lobby was totally overwhelmed and had to be rescued by a colleague. Meaning the medical line inside had to shut down so the colleague’s other colleague could cover on the retail (non patient) side. The further emergence of these national chain dispensaries (Kmart weed) needs to be curbed. Best way to do that? Don’t patronize places like Zen. Shop boutique. Shop local. Don’t shop money grabbing and incompetent posers. Parking lot stinks too.

This place lures you in with fake discounts That they don't honor . Then they lie and and say discounts not allowed in Mass. Mass has no such rules. When manager confronted says medical card only. Home office says supposed to honor but they refuse to do anything.
