Friendly accommodating staff. Great offerings at great prices. Really can’t ask for more.

The budtender made me feel very unwelcome and like it was a mistake to stop in. Answered all of my questions by silently pointing at parts of the menu and staring off past me like I wasn’t there. Zero attempt to connect with me as a human even at the minimal level required for a customer service interaction. Vibe destroyer. I keep giving this place more and more chances and they keep giving me new reasons not to come back. My complaints are confirmed by a number of other reviews here. The staff sucks. Avoid it and head to one of the other world class shops within 20 mins. To make it worse, every time I get flower here it is terribly dry despite the moisture packs because the cute branded jars DO NOT SEAL.

Go into this store and blindly point, and you will be pointing at good meds. They do not stock any boof.

Great selection/curation, cool staff, and good house brand.

I liked this place but so far all of the flower I got there was very very dry. Recured it all w boveda packs and they are fine now. Also I asked for full spec edibles and realized after I left that I was sold distillate chocolates… may be back but will be careful about budtender recos.

Pros: House wax is great and they frequently get drops from great cultivators. New inventory frequently. Opens nice and early. Awesome place to stop. Always quick because it is pickup only. Cons: let me see and smell the flower! Let me shop! Hard to buy blind and you’re one of the last stores still doing it this way… similar to my feelings on hazy hill, I refuse to buy more than an 8th of something I cannot inspect first… this is actually worse bc hazy at least lets you look at the bud in a glass case.

Yes it is expensive. It’s also really well curated (on the concentrate side). It’s worth a stop if you aren’t broke and like wax. Skip it IMO if you are budget shopping or if you primarily want flower/ other stuff. Selection ebbs and flows. Sometimes there is nothing interesting in this shop…

The bask flower is nearly completely odorless and totally flavorless. Staff was very nice and the shopping experience was great but I am let down by the quality of the product. If it was out for display, and I knew what this stuff looked like, I probably wouldn’t have bought it 👀 Edit: this is easily some if the harshest flower I have ever tried to smoke- inexcusable lack of quality.

Good service from Jorge, good prices on those rythm carts, and nice convenient location if you like to visit trillium brewing in canton 🍻
