Been to over 30 mass and Maine dispensaries. Zen is easily top 3 worst experiences I’ve had at any shop. Complete amateur hour. New patient signup was a complete fiasco. Attendant in lobby was totally overwhelmed and had to be rescued by a colleague. Meaning the medical line inside had to shut down so the colleague’s other colleague could cover on the retail (non patient) side. The further emergence of these national chain dispensaries (Kmart weed) needs to be curbed. Best way to do that? Don’t patronize places like Zen. Shop boutique. Shop local. Don’t shop money grabbing and incompetent posers. Parking lot stinks too.
