Helped by Bruce, he was knowledgeable and quick. Good selection at Sierra Well and fair pricing. Pleased with my first visit, will return again (drove 45 minutes, there are a few dispensaries closer to me, but not with such a good selection/pricing).

My new favorite spot

Ever since recreational went into effect many places have been price gouging HARD. Thankfully this place understands that many people are not keen on spending $50 an 1/8th of similar quality bud that I can get in Cali for less. They usually always have something priced at $35 an 1/8th. Which should be the max price for any 1/8th if you ask me. The staff are really cool especially the one guy named Alex. Always super friendly and knowledgable. Theres a heavyset dude whom I don’t know his name but he always seems to be in a funk and has very little personality. Probably best to get rid of that guy and hire someone who doesn’t look like they absolutely loathe their life. I mean come on, you’re working at a pot shop. Lighten the fk up lol

I really just want to let all the employees of Sierra wellness know your doing a fantastic job. From the moment you walk in your greeted with a warm embrace not another dollar sign! They're always informative, never pushy they give you more information on the products your wanting, never any smoke blown up your butt, truly genuine service. The flower is the best hands down in Reno Carson Tahoe truckee area! I've used them all ! Sierra wellness flowers have proper storage. You don't have to boveda the hell out of it ! ⬅️Key. I've had a 32% heavy sativa down to a 30% indica they have it on lock, the variety is outrageous as well as you can get designer strains like gsc of several varieties ,Mendo breath , Bruce banner, Pineapple Express etc. I'm an oil guy and I love there selection of honeycomb, term budder, wax, shatter all on point ☝️ They are a nice visit and I can brag on em all day -thanks Robert

Ayo shout out Aaron! This guy really hooked it up. Made sure he gave me any discount he possibly could. First time going to a Dispo other than the 2 in my little small town in Cali. Had 3 or 4 people tryna make sure I was being helped. Super fast process, in and out quick and satisfied. Staff is a refreshing group of people who jus seem genuinely happy to serve others. Hands down best Dispo experience I have had. Made my day, walked out the shop feeling the stoner love. God bless 🙌🏼

Seemed my order went through on my end and I got all three of the text.. Confirm,process, ready. How(ever for what ever reason the order was not showing up and was not ready; but that didn't stop the awesome lady helping me. (I apologize but I though her name was Amy or Megan, sorry short term memory is problem for myself.) Anyways she took my order, asked what spot I was in and really not more then 3 mins and guy was at my window. Just want to say thanx again been treated well here always and once again last night. That was very cool and I was very grateful as I don't live in the direct area and was not looking to not having meds for the night and driving back today.

Best Customer Service period!!

During the Closure of storefronts I had to order on line. First were out of one item and called me to see if I would like something else. Outstanding!! Second, they used my reward points to lower my total. Awesome right!! Third, they texted me when they were in there way to make sure I was there. Fourth, I got my package within 30 mins of my request but I checked everything and one cartridge was broken and leaking in the box. Lastly, they brought me a new one within an hour and told me too keep the broken one which was still usable. If you order from anyone else you are cutting yourself short of an awesome experience and product
