If you have a coupon and somebody drives forever just to use the coupon, then honor the stinking coupon. Quoted a price over the phone got there and the price increased by $40. The budtender is all "lets make a deal" here is a deal for you. Honor your deals!!!!
I am very sorry about your experience. We have brought in a new management team in order to help fix that problem.
When trying to figure out if the discounts were applied correctly the budtender stated to get a attitude and even told I could not use my calculator on my phone. Very rude some nice staff but for the quality you could go anywhere else nothing special here.

I am extremely sorry to hear about your experience. We have changed management groups, the old crew is gone. I am going through reviews, and this one obviously stuck out. If we can do anything to fix this please let me know.
Love the staff here, the budtenders are super friendly, and the manager is great as well, if I have questions he knows the answer from concetrates to flower genetics, the budtenders are all willings to answer any and all of my questions. And the loyalty program is a cool perk they came up with also. They have a sweet Denver Resident discount which i love. I've been in almost every day for 2 months and have watched customers just be extremely rude to the staff and they just take it with a smile. This is my favorite shop, I normally get an oz of shake and an oz of the house shelf during the week. But that was recently taken away.... Doesn't seem to be smart from my perspective. I won't give them a low rating cause the staff is the only reason I stop by still. But I know the group of 4 people I used to go with twice a week will no longer come back due to shake being taken away. I called yesterday and spoke with the manager and he told me that they will have bake shake soon.... That was a disappointment but It's not his fault, I'll just go the other 15 dispensaries in the area for my shake, might be more expensive but it's not trim at least. Love the staff they're amazing. New policies are terrible, I guess welcome to 2017.....
Kevin is my favorite bud tender. He's always so helpful and sweet. Some of the others need customer service training. They can be rude at times and never say hi or ask what I am looking for. Now I don't go in unless Kevin is in.
I was denied Medical because they were unaware of the new electronic format the CDPHE is giving new patients after Jan 1st, 2017. I was notified by the MMR to print or present the mobile friendly version for any card in my possession prior I'd no longer format. The girl was really nice and chill about it but if they wouldn't accept neither the print nor mobile version I guess I'll have to wait til they get the memo. Sucks because I've heard nothing but good things til my stop in.
We are sorry to hear about this mishap here in the store. We did just hire a few new people to the industry and are currently training each of them individually to provide the best customer service possible. The staff has been informed on the new print outs for MED Cards and the mobile screen version as well. If you would like to come in and check out Medical side I would encourage you to do so.
Maybe I come in on the wrong days but I always get the most unhelpful budtender available who doesn't greet me or ask what I'm looking for or help me at all, aside from my first visit where my budtender knew his stuff and was happy to help me, rather than treating me like a bother for asking basic questions about the strains. The only thing keeping my business is the flower quality and prices, which are both impressive and competitive.
Sorry to hear that our customer service wasn't there but today we are learning a new system ( please bear with us) as we have been out of a program for a few weeks now. We apologize for the inconvenience, as we striving to improve with all new changes.
Don't go here. "Shatter" comes out of the refrigerator and it's still not stable, imagine what it's like when you bring it home... "Wax" is a goo inside of a glass jar... You'll save $5 here, but you'll waste more than that by what you can't get off the parchment/wax to use. Spend a few more dollars, go elsewhere.
When a budtender says "It's not THAT bad", that's when you RUN AWAY AS DEAR AS YOU CAN.
Go to the competition or risk wasting your money.
