I have been going to this dispensary since they were called I-vita. I used to love them. They always had good stock, hardly a waiting time...Then they changed owners or were bought out, who knows or cares, but it was at this point that they started to get...uppity, it seemed. Do not fall for their 'customer reward' "point system", it's a ruse. They will tell you that with each purchase you will acquire so many "points" that you can redeem for flower, or edibles, etc. What they do NOT tell you, is the hassle it is to actually USE these "reward" points. When it all is said and done, you aren't "rewarded" anything, because you still have to pay for the it. I spend (well not anymore) a lot of money at this place, every week, and i also make sure to tip my bud-tenders VERY well. I just think you should know that not EVERYONE knows the "in's and out's" of the industry like you do (such as a consumer isn't allowed to cash in their "points" for product, because the dispensary can't "give anything out for "free"...) and you all need to explain the "rewards/point" system to future customers thoroughly. People need to know that they are ONLY being rewarded another "discount" and nothing else. If you all aren't allowed to "reward customers anything for free" then you should clearly state that or get rid of the point system all together if you can't honor it.
Supremely let down and will not be back.

Possibly one of the worst dispensary chains in Denver. Their flower smells like a mix of hay and wet grass, indicating a novice level on the growing and curing end. This is definitely not the dispensary for medical patients. Printed out a coupon for a 70 dollar CBD ounce. I did everything right, even called ahead to make sure it was in stock. I was told to come on over. When I got there a few minutes later, I was told it was out of stock, and offered something I didn't want at a higher price! Will never be back.

just ok, nothing special. Snoops buds are good, but nothing spectacular ($10 extra for a box?)
...can't tell any difference in quality between your $30, $40, & $50 buds.
