I've been a member of this location for about a year now. never had a problem with them. very helpful and polite staff. They were out of my normal product brand. They showed me a new brand. They told me it was a very popular brand and convinced me to buy it. I asked in store if they would open the box and shoe me what the vape looks like. They said no. Being out of options I bought this $40 disposable vape from this place. I asked in store if they would open the box and shoe me what the vape looks like. They said no. This sale was just before they closed at 7pm. I get home just to find out the product is a dud. The hits smell very strongly of burnt hair or paper. Incredibly strong odor. I go back the next morning to exchange it and was told they do not exchange (even though I've exchanged there before. receipts to prove it). Was also told they cannot test the product to confirm it was a dud. they refused to hit it or even smell it claiming they do not have a sense of smell. AVOID!

You may want to get a medical card to be able to select from the true d9 thc products that are made in OK and you can have access to more brands and experiences. We don’t exchange products based on taste as you told the mgr the effects were good but you hated the taste. That’s a personal preference and therefore can not refund on personal choices.

Why would somebody buy chill stick pre-rolls from you when I can get them for five dollars at capital dank. No thanks you’re too expensive and your customer service sucks. You need bartenders that care more about the patients than just getting high.
