1-Star Review – Disappointing Customer Service My first visit to Toasty was great, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, my second experience on 03/31/26 around 3:00 PM was completely different. I placed a simple online order at 2:35 PM for three pre-rolls and arrived about 20 minutes later. I understand orders can take 30–60 minutes, but when I walked in, I politely explained my situation, had exact cash ready, and even pointed to the exact items on the shelf. The employee didn’t check my order or try to help—he immediately told me to stand in the regular line. No effort, no flexibility, no customer service. I asked security if I could speak to a manager, and he responded dismissively, just repeating the wait time with an aggressive tone. This was the complete opposite of my first visit, where staff were helpful and welcoming. It’s not about the money—it’s about the experience. I felt dismissed and treated like an inconvenience. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this

Tried to pre-order here and every single time they are out of my full order or most of it. I’ve given them several months of retrying but tbh I don’t recommend Tossty to anyone anymore. I leave so frustrated because wdym your stuff is listed online but hasn’t even come in yet. Every time!!! Or they didn’t pull the order so it sold out before I get there. I will literally place a pickup order at 10am, it won’t be packed at all. i’ll show up hours later like 6pm, and still no one will pack my order of usually just two jars. then they have to grab it while i’m at the store, and half the time they don’t even have what you order in stock but had you waiting the whole day. it’s frustrating as hell.

These people discriminate against disabled people horribly. they did it to me, about 6 months ago. Then, the other day, to my sister, apparently. They do not know that we're sisters!!!!!!!!! They now have an official Complaint filed against them, with the civil rights division if the DOJ. My sister and I are going to OWN THIS DISPENSARY. It is illegal to do all of the things they did, in asking for proof of a disability, simply to be able stand in a shorter line???? They're behaving as if they're giving away hundreds of dollars of or giving huge discounts, with the way the harass disabled people. My sister and I are white and middle aged. And we are both LEGALLY DISABLED!!!! We receive checks every month for it. It is against the law for a business to ask for proof of disability. It's against "reasonable accomodations" that they need to provide for disabled people. Such as, a chair to be in line. OR, offer a staff member to stand in line for you, while you go sit down.
