They filled the order supposedly and when I went to go pick it up, it was not ready and some of the items I ordered were unavailable. I donāt understand why the menu is live if they donāt even have the products on the shelf. This is not a first time this has happened in the past. They need to get their things together and get the menu correct therefore Iām not placing an order for a product that is not even on the shelves.

The store accepted a online pick order and didn't give me my order i waited a hour for no reason i could have done many other things besides wait to pick up something that the store didnāt even have in stock. Terrible ordering services and customer service they didnāt offer anything for the inconvenience or apologized.

This is the worse dispensary Iāve dealt with. Their menu IS NOT up to date (they state on website ālive menuā and there is no way to actually talk to a person when you call. The people working there have absolutely zero knowledge of anything! Save yourself the headache
