Stopped by this dispensary and had a really solid experience. My budtender Brandon was super knowledgeable and made the whole experience even betterāanswered all my questions and gave great recommendations. Big shoutout to Grower Circle the flower was fresh, flavorful, and definitely lived up to the hype. Also grabbed some Flight Bites and those did NOT disappointā¦ so delicious and hit just right.

The crappest location Iām never coming back weather Iām allowed to or not. The managers at this location have zero communication skills for customers. I came in wanting to use a 40% discount that the company sent me. I had proof on my phone but on there end it wasnāt showing, the cashier grabbed a manager we spoke I let her know the problem.. she told me to give her a second.. she came back word for word she said āI didnāt earn those discountsā āI donāt even know why it says you got them in the first place.ā (Iām a daily customer) so of course Iād earn these kinds of coupons I said ONE cuss word (f!ck) and NOT towards her.. she blow her top I mean saying loudly that I was cussing her out and that I wouldnāt be helped! Screamed!! SECURITY!! Many times. Like I was a raging monster. When I was talking calming our whole conversation. When I was walking out she continued to belittle me and I told her something unkind and left. All that drama to not honor a discount! for a daily customer!

Drove 30 minutes after work to grab some items , At 10:48 Iāve arrived trying to go in and was turned away saying theyāre closed. The site doesnāt say closed until 11 oāclock; turned away at least 15 people at the door change the hours online if thatās not the correct closing time

First off you guys sell weed from 8/26/2025 and itās now end of December. Your bud tenders recommended me the ghost og by green life saying this is the best and so clean. This strain sucked so bad I threw this dry un smokable weed out my window while driving. Your bud tenders clearly donāt know what is good. Your whole menu of old weed is so bad. $50 for some dry dusty weed and thatās with a 30% ftp discount. Id pass on this spot if youāre looking for flowers. Straight garbage trees!!!

I have been a long standing customer. I ordered a 1/2 ounce for a delivery , everything was fine until I opened my bag. It had what I ordered but the flower Aether Mandarin Zkittles didn't have any buds in it. It was all dust? I,ve try to called for days now, today I stayed on hold for 3hrs. faithfully . I was caller 1 for a hr. then at 6pm I decided to hand up! Please straighten this out. Money is tight these days. I just want what I paid for. Thank you

Bought some HSH today and got home to find it all over the container and lid. A COMPLETE mess to try and handle, which I wonāt. I will be taking it back to hopefully exchange. UPDATE: They didnāt give me any vibe that they were skeptical of me, the budtender was knowledgeable of the product and knew it didnāt look right. Exchanged it for me no problem and thatās the kind of service that makes this shop THE BEST! Thank you.

Every time I purchased flower from this particular dispensary, it never really āworkedā as well as it did when I purchased from other stores. I brought this up to Tim and he spent a solid 15 minutes breaking down what the differences are between Indica and Sativa, also how the terpenes can alter or enhance your mood, appetite, sleep, etc. Now every time I walk into The Dispensary, Itās an entirely new experience. Talking to incredible people such as Tim, Amanda, Ethan and the rest of the bud tenders whoms names Iāve forgotten at the moment, it really has a welcoming, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Itās my favorite place in Vegas.

I don't know why I get the Henderson store I do not go there. I used to go to the Decatur dispensary. But prices got crazy so the little guy like me has got to go elsewhere to get the best deals in town . Shout out to Jordan at the Decatur location.
