The staff at Tropicanna go above and beyond compared to any other dispensary in the area. They’re all extremely knowledgeable, customer service oriented very fast which makes the line go quickly (if there’s even a line at all). They carry all of my favorite brands and haven’t let me down with a recommendation in 3 years of coming here. I appreciate all the staff including Roxy, Nick, Rooz and Aaron. I ordered an 8th that was not only opened but it wasn’t the correct bud in there like someone switched it out with some super dry dirt. After waiting 3 hours for my order I just said forget it and threw it away and I even gave the driver a $20 tip just to have my money thrown in the trash. So disappointed but now I know to actually open and check the jars while they’re there . Complete waste

Love the store, product variety and options are excellent. However, their prices of items are outrageous compared to other stores. Coldfire cartridges specifically are $15-25 more than many other local retailers. I cannot fathom the reasoning behind that.
