Online orders not honored
I drove to this location after placing an online order 4 hours prior to arrival. Once at this location I was informed by the budtender that my online order wasn't available and hadn't been available for some time. What? No call no text about my order prior to my arrival. Now they want me to pay $20 more for another strain that is available. What a joke? No discount for my inconvenience. No business from me this day forward.

Shop is 24/7. Great customer service from Ale (will be repeat customer with her). Knowledgeable of the product and willing to go look for a strand of not in display case. North Vegas but worth it. I'm a casual smoker and not someone who is tied hardcore to a strand so Im a flexible smoker.

Ale is the specialist that helped me, and I highly recommend her if you need help picking out the right bud! She was really informative, and was great at explaining some of the subtle differences in flavors, the type of highs and effects, and price comparisons -- I told her the budget I was looking to fit, and she found me the perfect deal that fit EXACTLY what I wanted to spend! She was professional and kind, and got me wrapped up in no time! 5 star service for sure!!

Quality is on fire for reasonable pricing. There Setup is one of the more modern ones within the valley; looks really earthy and neat within the whole facility. The bud tenders are chill as well. I had the pleasure of being helped by Alejandra who was very down to earth as well as helpful. As for the most important fact of them all, there flower was soo fresh and hits correct. If your in Las Vegas and in need of some elevation or relaxation, I'd definitely recommend you swinging by‼️

I went in for my usual (I don’t have a usual, I like to try new things.) and had the pleasure of being directed to Ale’s register. I usually have pretty good experiences at dispensaries, but this time it felt like I came back to see an old friend. Ale was very welcoming and had some great suggestions. I ended up leaving with a 14g of bond road Kush. It was a good smoke too. All in all I will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for your help Ale!!

Great Place to Buy Cannabis
Customer service and product pricing was excellent. Old Pal cannabis is one of their main draws, and it is generally a good product. Their store is very nice and I'm quite comfortable there.
