This place used to have great flower years ago. Now all they have is dry flower and bad attitudes. No idea how this place is still in business. Avoid unless you are from out of town and don’t know any better.
Weed was very dry. Not much selection of brands on edibles or cartridges. Same 3 companies everyone carries. Parking lot in back was nice.
Bad service by my bud tender drew and bad prices and selection all around
No veteran discount
No medical discount
No discount for first time patients
Feel like I got jipped
Product quality is sub par
The Giving Tree just doesn't disappoint. I'm strictly a bud/edibles guy and this little shop has some of the best quality rec that I've found. Price point is fine for the bud quality. Staff have a neighborhood feel, and are always friendly fun and informative.
As people who buy them know, vape pens can be a little touch and go sometimes.
Why take your business to a place that won't give you a refund or allow you to exchange a vape pen that malfunctions, especially when other dispensaries will?
"You'll have to take it up directly with the manufacturer" is not what you want to hear when you're out $30 for a pen that doesn't work straight out of the package.
The staff being knowledgeable and friendly notwithstanding, it's hard to support your local dispensary when they won't stand by the products they sell.
Thank you Linsey and Liz!! We had an amazing time. You both know so much and appreciate the time you took with us. You guys are the bomb!! Customer for life!!

There is a reason the giving tree doesn't publish its prices on here. If you're looking to buy something like the Deathstar Caviar it will cost you 65 dollars for an eighth, and that's without the tax. Ill be fair, I said " that's a lot for an eighth" the budtender agreed and waived the tax, but that's still 520 an ounce. I think you find more reputable stores publish not only what inventory they have but prices. Be wary of stores that advertise on weedmaps but don't list their prices. Best advice, if you're thinking of going to The Giving Tree, call first and get a quoted price.
For those reading this, this review pertains to our recreational business, https://weedmaps.com/dispensaries/giving-tree
This particular Weedmaps is for our medical patients.
As for our prices, we've since lowered both medical and recreational pricing, and are now include tax.
Let another customer go in front of us and it was never clear who our bud tender was. Price was on the higher end.
