Very bad customer service, 😑 😒 😕 there were my last two visits 😢 I had a better time out front with the Guy Kris and his baked goods! Both times, I almost turned around because it felted like I didn't belong. The ladies who were in the front behind the counter had very judgmental faces and seriously almost detoured me!?!? I honestly don't plan on visiting the Eastern location EVER 😕 POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 😕 😢 😞 I've been a customer since Decatur and Hacienda the first location I'll go there or all the way on Gibson before I EVER set another foot in this establishment. This place used to be good, now owned by AYR, just another Bait and Switch tourist trap organization with some girl manager that is clearly not qualified for her job, WONDER HOW SHE GOT HER JOB, probably involved another type of "job" on her part???? Went to pick up my order, 20 min after ordering and they had it in the bag, tried to charge me 4 times the price ($200 instead of $50), showed them the ordered price and was told by the manager "that was the old batch, we are sold out of that batch, this is the new batch and it's not on sale so DEAL WITH IT!" Deal with it! Great answer from an unqualified manager. So, 20 min. earlier when I ordered you had 19 in stock and now you have none! SURE This is the 3rd time in the past they have done this, the other times they adjusted the price to what they advertised. Now they just don't care. 4 other people out of 8 customers inside were complaining about similar situations.

I got banned from the dispensary by the decatur location bc I had an horrible attitude delivery driver who she decided she wouldn't accept my debit so she drove off and said how I was harassing and demeaning idk how whatever all lies I explain the situation and the manager was very understanding and realized it wasn't my attitude that was an issue and let me in super cool im even more appreciative bc the dectatur location continues to agree and say I was aggressive and harassing what a joke tl

I live in Cali and travel to Henderson, NV at times. I make sure to stop in The Dispensary when I do visit. They seem to always have great deals going on. Even without deals their prices are so much better than SoCal! The people that work their are very knowledgeable about all of their products and I have always agreed with their recommendations after trying the product at home. They know their stuff! Great prices, great products (so many options!), and friendly staff. I highly recommend!

Love this place. Best prices in town (better than that planet place lately with a better selection) on concentrates and now they have awesome combo specials it gets even better. Steven S helped me today and have to say it was the most satisfactory transaction I've ever had at a dispensary. I had problems, he solved them without issue. I had questions, he had answers. Really friendly (as is all the staff really) while he did it. The medicine is so lit (MatrixNV).

I went to this place because it’s close to home, I’m not a very experienced cannabis user, and the bud tender Dale was very informative. Dale happily answered all my questions and I left with exactly what was needed. I will definitely back.
