Very bad customer service, 😑 😒 😕 there were my last two visits 😢 I had a better time out front with the Guy Kris and his baked goods! Both times, I almost turned around because it felted like I didn't belong. The ladies who were in the front behind the counter had very judgmental faces and seriously almost detoured me!?!? I honestly don't plan on visiting the Eastern location EVER 😕 POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 😕 😢 😞 I've been a customer since Decatur and Hacienda the first location I'll go there or all the way on Gibson before I EVER set another foot in this establishment. This place used to be good, now owned by AYR, just another Bait and Switch tourist trap organization with some girl manager that is clearly not qualified for her job, WONDER HOW SHE GOT HER JOB, probably involved another type of "job" on her part???? Went to pick up my order, 20 min after ordering and they had it in the bag, tried to charge me 4 times the price ($200 instead of $50), showed them the ordered price and was told by the manager "that was the old batch, we are sold out of that batch, this is the new batch and it's not on sale so DEAL WITH IT!" Deal with it! Great answer from an unqualified manager. So, 20 min. earlier when I ordered you had 19 in stock and now you have none! SURE This is the 3rd time in the past they have done this, the other times they adjusted the price to what they advertised. Now they just don't care. 4 other people out of 8 customers inside were complaining about similar situations.

I live in Cali and travel to Henderson, NV at times. I make sure to stop in The Dispensary when I do visit. They seem to always have great deals going on. Even without deals their prices are so much better than SoCal!
