Really happy and satisfied with my experience at The Chronic (Alhambra). I would like to take the time to shoutout Martha, one of the sweetest most welcoming budtender/employee I’ve ever come across. I had went on Thursday to make a purchase, but the item was not available…Martha made sure to go above and beyond and ensure that I get notified when the order arrived. Martha delivered! She called cell & left me a voicemail to let me know that the order had arrived & made sure that it would all be smooth sailing when I returned to the shop. She took care of me and it made me really appreciate her customer service 🙏🏼 I worked retail before, and it’s just nice to see someone who enjoys what they do :) I had to return to the store today (again), sure enough, it was Martha who helped me out. Thank you so much for being a joy 🫶🏼

The Chronic Weed Shop advertises that they accept debit cards, but in reality they’re running a cashless ATM system that hits customers with extra bank fees. That’s not debit, and it’s misleading. When I asked, they brushed it off, said there was a sign blah blah which was another red flag since I specifically avoid unnecessary charges and I’m an observant person with Autism and didn’t see a sign and wasn’t verbally informed. I understand the cannabis industry has to make workarounds because of federal and state banking rules, but be transparent about it. Customers deserve to know when they’re not actually using Stripe, Square, or another legitimate processor. Instead of being upfront, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal — but it is, because you just lost a customer. With so many other dispensaries in the area, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Weedmaps should advise them to disclose payment methods honestly so people know what to expect before swiping their card- a $3.00 fee so far.

Out Of More Than 10 Visits, It's Only Happened Once. Great Selection of Edibles And Tinctures\Tablets and their "inexpensive" OZ's Are Pretty Tastee ;)

Prices are decent, some things a little overpriced. Service is pretty good. I like getting the infused prerolls for the convenience, but I bought a pack of west coast cure half gram prerolls. First one out of the pack was clogged, couldn’t get it to pull, barely getting a hit and it’s just burning down. Put it out halfway and go back but they can’t do a refund or return, which I kindof understand, but also….as a customer, I just want a product that works well, and this did not. So I leave and you know what? 4 out of 5 joints are clogged, literally had to reroll them. Paid 35 bucks for a bunch of clogged joints… cool cool Joints clog, I get it and you know with the infused ones, it might be more common, but these just did not pull at all before and after sparking them. And as a cannabis business I get that you can’t do returns, there just isn’t a good way to rectify it with the supplier. But as a customer, being told your SOL and to just figure it out, is… wack. Won’t be returning

I really wanna try these guys but on weed maps at 8 PM it was telling me that they couldn't take orders for pick up despite being open till 10 PM. Then I try their website and whoever coded it you should sue them. This isn't maintained nothings consistent Even the sales don't show up for the new patient discounts when you try to order through the website it's literally run by someone that doesn't care. So whoever owns this shop really needs to start firing people.

New to Cannabis

I've been experiencing arthritis for years and some friends have suggested that I try using cannabis to alleviate the pain. However, I've been hesitant because of my concern about potential adverse reactions. As a newcomer to cannabis, I was unsure about the appropriate dosage and the specific type to purchase. This made me anxious about trying it. I had a few days off from work so I finally decided to take the plunge. Coincidentally, the shop that I usually pass on my way to work was finally open, which I saw as a sign to go in and give it a try. The staff members seemed to sense my apprehension and offered to help with any questions I had. One woman patiently explained the various strains and potencies, and was completely understanding of my hesitation. After considering my options, I ultimately decided on some low-dose edibles. The entire staff was friendly, respectful, and provided informative insights about their products. I highly recommend.

Best Shop in SoCal!

Wow this shop is definitely my favorite in the SoCal area. Tons of great products from pre rolls to flower to edibles and concentrates! Also great prices! Plenty of parking. Super chill environment. Highly recommend this place!
