Really happy and satisfied with my experience at The Chronic (Alhambra). I would like to take the time to shoutout Martha, one of the sweetest most welcoming budtender/employee I’ve ever come across. I had went on Thursday to make a purchase, but the item was not available…Martha made sure to go above and beyond and ensure that I get notified when the order arrived. Martha delivered! She called cell & left me a voicemail to let me know that the order had arrived & made sure that it would all be smooth sailing when I returned to the shop. She took care of me and it made me really appreciate her customer service 🙏🏼 I worked retail before, and it’s just nice to see someone who enjoys what they do :) I had to return to the store today (again), sure enough, it was Martha who helped me out.
