The app adds all discounts on top of already discounted items and the prices ends up being way different. Something for the developers to fix most definitely.

I ordered off Weedmaps and was going in for first time but the staff was so so and would not honor the FTP that Weedmaps quoted. I was unimpressed with the staff and service and will not be returning. Off the charts down the street is a better choice.

Great dispensary... deceptive ad
Usually love everything about the artist tree.. great selection, and super amazing staff...prices slightly above average but the promos usually make up for it... except yesterday! They had a gift bag day, and let’s just say it kinda sucked. I spent the “top tier” and was supposed to receive a gift bag worth $175 if you spent 300... I did and the gift bag is not worth even close to that. I got 6 cann drinks (I hate tonics/ seltzer's), and 4 prerolls of the cheapest brand available, Ocean. They taste horrible. They couldn’t even ask if I had a preference. I would’ve said NO to the Cann drink. Overall, probably not going back for a while because that was deceptive and I only went yesterday in hopes of getting a sweet bag. They had so many good brands on the flyer and only gave me cheap BS. The bag wasn’t even worth $100...

The tree was cool. Price wasn’t honored cause the item was on sale. Which I knew which wasn’t even a price difference but tried getting me for way more. I would say put the out the door prices on there period so you don’t have to try n mix the customer up at the ring up. Lol show the real prices with the taxes

I placed an online order for three Blue Zushi vape cartridges, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was given three mini jars of concentrate instead. These are completely different products and can’t even be used the same way. It was very frustrating because I specifically ordered carts, and the mistake wasn’t caught before my order was fulfilled. The whole point of ordering online is to receive exactly what you selected. This experience was disappointing and made me question the accuracy of their online ordering process. I ended up exchanging for what I actually ordered but hope The Artist Tree improves its quality control so future customers actually receive what they order.

The space was very high end, it was nothing like most of the pot shops I've been to in the past. I thought the pricing was going to be reflective of this but I was pleasantly surprised to see that the pricing was in line, if not even a little bit cheaper then what I am used to.
