I placed an online order for three Blue Zushi vape cartridges, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was given three mini jars of concentrate instead. These are completely different products and can’t even be used the same way. It was very frustrating because I specifically ordered carts, and the mistake wasn’t caught before my order was fulfilled. The whole point of ordering online is to receive exactly what you selected. This experience was disappointing and made me question the accuracy of their online ordering process. I ended up exchanging for what I actually ordered but hope The Artist Tree improves its quality control so future customers actually receive what they order.
