I want to try to be as objective as possible with this, so that it is helpful for management. There are a lot of complaints that are not helpful because they are nearly impossible to deal with (examples would include things like the shuttle, new staff, variety, etc) There are so many factors that are subjective and beyond the control of management. There are others that are significant and that will affect sales/public opinion. 1) I do not like the pricing and how I have to buy separate tiny eights, rather than a whole quarter in one package. It isn't right that if you buy more of something you have to pay the same amount. 2) I don't like how certain buds that should be naturally big, lush, fresh, and well-preserved look like they have been stepped on. Take blue dream for example. You are selling a product that is terrible and allowing your supplier to give you a truly embarrassing product. I bought .5 ounce of this and was forced to buy 4 tiny eighths with no discount. Furthermore, it looked like the stuff I put in my throwaway jar to give to my needy buddy at work. Blue dream, if grown and stored properly can be kept for upwards of 6 months. The stuff I bought looked like it had been stored at least a year. I think someone is pulling a fast one on you. 3) I don't like the fact that I have to pay 3.50 if I use a debit card. This is price gouging. I give you high marks because I believe in you, but if you really want to improve, stand behind your product and don't let your suppliers dupe you into selling a strain that was picked too early. If you want to charge me 3.50 extra for using a debit card, you better make sure it is worthwhile, otherwise everyone who has to pay that fee is going to walk away with a degree of bitterness. Be consistent if you don't want to be compared to McDonalds. That is the other thing. It is so hit or miss. The only thing that is for certain is that someone on the bus will have BO , the fee, and of course the fact that it will feel like you bought a bag of air 200 dollars later. Overall, just keep working on lisetning to your customers. I'm sure it will get better.
