Hello, We would like to apologize for the technical issues with our online ordering. I agree this is not any of our patients fault and we have had our IT department working around the clock to get it back up and running. Everything has been resolved and you should be able to put your order in online now and moving forward. As far as the 15 min rule, I am not quite sure what happened here as I was not present and we do not have a 15 min rule of any kind. However I want to assure you that Liz was not purposefully lying. She is a newer dispensing associate and may have gotten mixed messages as to when it would be back up and running. As with many systems it is difficult to tell when it will be fixed until it actually is and I apologize for incorrectly setting your expectations.
