mixed experience, which is expected for a dispensary in it's early stages. When I arrived I was asked to wait outside, in the sun, until the person ahead of me was done registering. The process of first time patients should be handled differently. If you need to make someone wait provide shade... or a place to fill out paperwork instead of in the sun with no hard surface to write on. Registration should not be handled at the door entrance in the first place. If someone has a card then escort them to a seated, air conditioned space to fill out paperwork. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. no issues with the staff at all in fact once I got into the dispensary it was pleasant and friendly. The woman at the entrance seems overwhelmed and flustered. she was slow to enter my information which caused the line in the sun to grow. my other poor experience is with the menu. if something is no longer available then use a sharpie or something and remove it. hoping for improvement's

The staff is nice but... The guy I talked with didn't really offer up any information or seem very knowledgeable about the strains and how they could help my syptoms. I had to just try a few things, some of which I didn't like very much. Price could be better. It is average for the dispensaries in MA, but for the quality and selection they might consider lowering prices or offering better bulk discounts until there supply remains constant. Bud Quality is OK. They have a low selection but they grow their own so hopefully that will improve. THC content is average. I wish the percentages would be listed here. It is only a three minute drive fromy house, but it is inconvenient to have to go to find out and the staff seems annoyed to answer if you ask. Also it would be nice to be able to see and smell the bud before purchasing but everything is pre packaged. Atmosphere is barren. I like the open and clean aspect of it, but a couch or two wouldn't hurt for comfort of those who have trouble standing. It is quiet, too quiet. Echos from the empty space and floor make it feel to clinical. Music? Offer some water or coffee and be a bit more patient centered with hospitality. You would be surprised how a hot cup of coffee or cold drink will brighten someone's moment. Very very accessible. Several handicap spaces and easy entry. Not bad, but they could do a lot better.
