The prices are the most affordable/fair, the employees are great, products are good quality but the wifi for the card machine is garbage. Best to have cash because the debit/credit machine takes forever and errors alot. If they fixed the card processing issue I would be super happy but still a returning cusomer. Been a medical marijuana patient for 19 years and this is one of my favorites even over tons of california dispensaries.

Amazing helpful staff

This was my first experience in a medical dispensary and it far exceeded my expectations. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. The products are great - syringes and vapes/patches “relief” are incredible. The first time in a long time I’ve woken up with zero pain. I feel like my body is new.

Swung in to tryout the new prerolled (s). Grabbed Original Glue and Star Killer. Both were in the mid 20s on testing, both tasted great and were pleasant to enjoy. My only complaint would be That they roll a small fat cone for their .5 pre roll. The filter is literally as long as the bud end is, but the bud end is fat. So you are burning a majority of the product upon lighting the thing. Anyway it is by far their best product in my opinion, and a good thing for those of use who enjoy a variety of medicine and the different affects each one has to offer.

Surterra in Palm Bay

Been to Palm Bay Surterra twice now. Open store with great location staffed by helpful people. I feel Surterra is a store designed for MMJ newcomers who are unfamiliar with delivery systems, dosing, strain names and want their medicine to appear legitimate with names like (calm; serene; relax; etc). Tried all of the Florida's Finest stains and really don't like the cartridge itself, as it tended to clog between uses (3 out of 4 carts). Zero flower products available so I'm curious as to where Surterra stands with other MMTCs when it comes to smokable MMJ. I guess time will tell.

Headaches to fight pain doesn’t work

I have tried most of the dispensaries in Florida and have tried Surterra several times due to proximity, and I have to say, they are the complete opposite of most. Most of them are in a competition with each other to release new strains and products that patients are familiar with and/or can read up on. All of them share the gimmick of price. Surterra has the gimmick of price, devices, and products that only those who are new and/or unfamiliar with medical marijuana would think are “cool”. They do not have strain specific medicines other than Florida’s finest, which they claim is due to their unique process of only achieving specific targeted affects. While fairly strong (Florida’s Finest-All 3) they all give me a headache. Thinking it may have just been me, I returned again to get the same outcome. The metered dose pens are neat, however the medicine in them seemed weak, and the price point is outrageous. The shining light is the staff A+, location, and store appearance.

Nice Storefront In Palm Bay

Surrerra Wellness opened in Palm Bay off Minton Road, conveniently located next to Dominos Pizza. The store is beautiful inside, somewhat like a home. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I’ve been to this location and one other. A lot of what they do seems geared for older or less experienced patients. Most of the offerings are generic strains with names that reflect their purpose, like Relax or Sleep. They do have a line of vape products that is interesting. They are supposedly Florida grown premium products. I will say I’ve tried all of this line and the product is great! However, the vape cartridge itself is really bad. It’s supposed to allow you to control air flow for a smoother draw. I’ve found this concept to be flawed. The feature doesn’t work as expected, plus the cartridge is designed in such a way that a portion of the product is unusable near the end. This just isn’t me who has voiced these concerns. It’s a problem that hasn’t been addressed. If you need a lot of guidance navigating the medical marijuana landscape, they are a good choice. If you’re more experienced and know what you’re looking for, you may want to try other dispensaries.

The Harshest Vape on the planet.

I tried every vape in Central Florida’s Dispensarys since Medical Marijuana started in Florida. The store is beautiful and the people who work there are nice, product packaging is beautiful. Don’t let the packaging fool you. Nor let the sales person BS you about the variable flow or a different vape is smoother. Well, I bought the 3 different new types of vapes they talked me into and every single vape is like vaping sandpaper. It is very harsh. I have tried 5 different vapes...now I have them and I can’t use them because of the harshness. Other products are good.
