I was very disappointed and Nature's medicine I had pre-ordered and two for the medical line at 4 from the wreck light went before me and I was there before them WTF?

5 hrs for an online order

I waited 5 hrs to receive my order (second time this happens) and it was only because I went in and asked about it. And when I got my order they gave me the strain I ordered but the higher tier. So my order was $30 more than expected. I didn’t want to make a stink of it so I just paid. But I was definitely bothered. I usually go to Natures medicine and have great experiences but the two times I’ve ordered online were a disaster. I’d much rather go in.

I placed an on line order yesterday at 3p, at 6pm still no notification ready for PU, placed another order at 6:02p still no notification for PU at 8p. Great deals here and budtenders are great but on line ordering not so smooth

I was in the pre oder line so long that the walk-in line got busy and died twice this was 15 mins after i got my conformation about my order being ready it was hot and no bottled water in site sorry but im not touching cups others have touched i have someone at home with stage 4 cancer and cant run the rist of making contact with a potential hazard that could litterally kill her so i will not be back to this location complete garbage

We apologize for the wait, with only 5 patients allowed in at a time with 5 staff members waiting on them and social distancing/safety measures we must take to ensure our staff and patients alike are protected. Additionally, we have a water break machine outside with cups, a tent and swamp coolers. We apologize that the city's ordinance does not allow us to have more than 10 people gathered inside our facitility. Also - we have opened up preorder and invite you to order online or over the phone. We will continue to serve our patients the best selection of meds at the lowest price and we thank you for your feedback.
