Budtender was friendly but security not so much. I think he is Jamaican(he has an accent). There are nicer ways to approach your customers including if they have an online order. Instead of you confronting me in a hostile approach that I didn’t tell you I had an online order, you can at least do your job and ask people if they have an online order. It shouldn’t be your customers responsibility to tell you, your the security and you have the responsibility to ask your customers. Sucks that I have to write this review. I just want to make sure the next customer doesn’t get my experience. Sucks that I won’t be coming here anymore since this was my favorite shop but my experience today was uncalled for.
