Excellent products and excellent customer services But…. Theres been a couple times where the products in my order are more available. It would be great to get a notification in order to make rearrangements. I end up having to look for a replacement product, last minute and under pressure. I’ve enjoyed this place plenty but I don’t mind a heads up if it will make the transaction smoother. Word of advice: I might spend more $$ if I know it’s best for me to hit the ATM if my replacement product is pricier than my previous desired product. Nevertheless this place is great but I’ve had bad experiences with fake/slow menu management at other places, this place is at least not bait and switch. Just a cool place that pushes hella product.

I did an order pick up. Usually I do go in and ask about today’s deals and this time the person who helped me look like she did not know or she didn’t seem to want to go over the daily deals . I’m a regular customer I come in spend 80-100 sometimes when tenders usually tell me about the deals but this time looks like I was just ignored and rushed . This visit was horrible not a good sale at all.

Online order incomplete, like always. I wish they’d update their live menu fr. Budtender was rude, left my change on the counter for me to pick up instead of being decent and handing it to me. Also forget about the Uncle Arnie special it’s a fake ad they haven’t carried it since last year. Do better Stiiizy JV

Terrible website communication. I placed an order, and was never notified that they didn't have the items in stock. So I went (waste of time) and was told they should have cancelled the order. Keep the website up to date, or keep the customer informed. Bad business practice.
