I had previously enjoyed this store, but my 4/20 visit was extremely disappointing. After waiting 20 minutes for parking and 2.5 hours in line, I was excited and prepared with a detailed order (edibles, flower, moon rocks), especially important since I live out of state.The associate (possibly Juline) was disengaged, difficult to hear, and repeatedly walked away. She seemed unfamiliar with inventory and didn’t seek help. When I asked to verify my order (after noticing mistakes), she became irritated and dumped my items on the counter, then rushed through counting instead of letting me check accuracy. She was dismissive and unprofessional. I switched to another associate, Celeste, who was initially friendly, but later made inappropriate comments about a customer, calling her a “b**ch” and more, which we later realized was about me. This was unacceptable, especially after we tipped generously. Got home, I discovered I was charged for items I didn’t request, received wrong products, and was missing items. I also emailed afterward and received no response or acknowledgment. Other dispensaries that day provided great service, which made this stand out even more. I won’t be returning.

He was very sweet and patient everything she recommended was top notch, and items that I was looking for that you guys didn’t have out in the open she wouldn’t be on to go look for it and found exactly what I was looking for. She is the best bartender that I have met so far. She knows the products very well and she gave me picked out the best weed that I have had so far I love her and I will definitely refer her to anybody and I will definitely come back and ask for her when I do shop again there, which would definitely be every other weekend

I went there for the grand opening. Everything seemed to run smoothly. All the staff I encountered were all upbeat and very friendly. My budtender Bri was amazing. Its very easy for someone to get flustered under such busy conditions. Bri was very attentive and knowledgeable. I appreciated her patience with me. I will definitely be returning.
