This was not my first visit nor will it be my last. My budtender was Mads. She has waiting on me before and she is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely have her as a budtender again. Great prices, lots of variety and great customer service.

Brandy was the most knowledgeable and helpful Budtender we have ever had the privilege of working with. She ran all over the store going above and beyond getting our products and educating us on options we weren’t even aware of. Invited us to the monthly sale, telling us about the amazing food trucks that they had last month, the fun goodie bags etc. we are beyond excited to make Puff New Buffalo our home store and hopefully have Brandy as our budtender for the foreseeable future. Amazing products, incredible facility, irreplaceable employee with Ms, Brandy.

I hope I got her name right. Maybe JAZ, she's pregnant 🤰. Anyway, she was our Budtender yesterday! She was super helpful and very friendly. She was very Knowledgeable over all the products. It was me and my daughter and I had Yaz running all over the store for my order and she was so accommodating and very thoughtful during our ordering process! We will definitely be back to see her again!

First time this has happened. I understand everyone makes mistakes but I spend a lot of money at your store. I will go back to Puff just got that bud tender

He was very sweet and patient everything she recommended was top notch, and items that I was looking for that you guys didn’t have out in the open she wouldn’t be on to go look for it and found exactly what I was looking for. She is the best bartender that I have met so far. She knows the products very well and she gave me picked out the best weed that I have had so far I love her and I will definitely refer her to anybody and I will definitely come back and ask for her when I do shop again there, which would definitely be every other weekend

I went there for the grand opening. Everything seemed to run smoothly. All the staff I encountered were all upbeat and very friendly. My budtender Bri was amazing.
