She gave me the wrong bottle of infused. Pre rolls .she gave me the name closest to the one that I had actually ordered and then ripped my receipt in half to try to fool me to thinking that this is what I bought, I guess. But I definitely didn't buy le man's, i bought lemosa . Not only that, but that girl that brought my order out has mischarged me for the second time. she really loves to slip extra dollars in her pocket even though I always tip uguys really need to watch her for that. I didn't say anything the first time because I didn't want to cause problems. Because I love this place and you guys have never wronged me. But this is the second time now and it happens to be the same girl, and that can't be coincidental. So again, I love this place. And I love you guys' products and I've never had any problems like this its irritating that I'm sick and I can't just come inside and fix this order. So i'm stuck with it, also had to pay more for something that I didn't want Respectfully

The grape Moonrock mini pre-rolls had some missing.. I know it comes from the manufacturer, but if it’s a constant issue, please have your staff check the packages once they’re purchased before handing them off to people. We couldn’t come back within 24 hours because we had to go see a relative in ICU. This is not the first time it’s happened with this company.

The person who fulfilled the order crossed their name out and I was missing two dollars change!!!! Not cool. The total always seems to be different from what it says on the screen and even when I called to check in advance, how much it will be I still get a wrong total. I’m not sure what you can do about that, but I don’t want people taking my money without my consent.
