Great People, Great Smoke

I had to drive five hours to Alpena and handle a real estate sale and decided to check the local dispensaries menus online. I saw that they had a deal on pre-packed 1/8ths of a strain I really enjoy but have a hard time finding. I called to confirm this, but they missed my call somehow. About 20 minutes later someone called me back, and I think it was the owner or GM, and he confirmed that they had what I wanted. When I arrived I told them I came for the Baby Yoda and they all knew immediately who I was. They had four 1/8ths set aside for me ready to go. Super cool customer service! They also gave me some complimentary edibles and I bought some pre-rolls. This is how you earn loyal customers and the next time I'm in town, I'll be back for sure! Always have a good experience and a good deal on something worth while here. Almost all the bud tenders are super knowledgeable of all their products and how they work. Kenton, has been a regular tender for me and has always been polite and respectful. He is very knowledgeable about the products and what might be better than the next.

I've only been here a few times, but I can say the atmosphere is great, super friendly! The staff members that took care of me the last two times were very well educated on the product they sell there. Overall experience is great, I would recommend Parc in Alpena if your looking for some bud.

A little disappointed

I go here almost everyday,I was told to come to the grand opening, which was today, July3rd. Well every other dispo I've ever been to at the grand opening gave away 3 or more prerolls and some wax. Parc didn't give ANY bud away at all! Yes I was there for the freebies, I spend money there. Come on guys, that wasn't at all what I believe most expected. Very disappointed

I give 2 stars out of respect to the respectful, helpful, budtenders, unlike Kent! My fiance and I drive 70miles round trip and spend an average of $100-$200 per week at Parcs. We've been customers since they opened. Because of Kent, we are no longer doing business with Parcs. Very Disrespectful, Unprofessional, Rude and when I asked for the mangers name or to take my phone number for the manger to call me, Kent refused and got sarcastic! I am a medical patient with a medical card and we are/were good, loyal customers, that referred others to Parcs as well! We are in Disbelief that this is how they treat their customers and I guess The Owner is OK with This!?! As a dispensery, they should be conducting a PEACEFUL & PROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE!!! 💯

Just not cool

My name is Lisa Wing, I've been going to Parc since they opened here in Alpena. I have to say that everyone that works there are great, especially Miranda, she's a sweety. I stopped going to this store, I waited in line, was number 1 actually, for their grand opening. While every other dispensary gave out weed, Parc had us stand in line for paraphernalia. Don't get me wrong, it was okay, but people were out there waiting on BUD, your a WEED store, not a head shop! Also, I've purchased their "ubaked" pre rolls the cheetah piss was most recent, but they are always way smaller then what you pay for. The first one I purchased feel completely out of the paper, Parc gave me 2 of their .01 edibles. Well the Cheetah Piss I just bought within this week, it was completely out of the paper, all inside the package, when I weighed it, it wasn't even a half of gram, when you're supposed to be getting a GRAM. PARC, YALL OWE ME BUD, IDC WHAT THE POLICY IS, ITS BS!!!

I have now been trying to come to this place for awhile. they advertise 2 for 100 . I call and they never have it in stock. but yet you can always claim that deal on weed maps. I understand about not having something in stock take that ad off it's on there every day
