Hi @detrouttola we apologize for the experience you had with your concentrate. All our concentrates are stored inside the fridge to preserve its quality and consistency. Also, all our products are sealed which means we are not allowed to open it and sell it since it would be tampered with and would not comply with BCC regulations.
