They do not honor 7 day cart return
I was told I could return my cartridge within 7 days amd brought it back the next day and the dude couldn't help me asked for a manager amd then Camilla refused to return my cartridge that leaked and was hardened. Never had to return a cartridge and I have spent at least $1,000 here. The one time my cartridge leaked and they could return it. Last time they did the bait and switch on me and it was taken care of but ifyour going to tell your customers that have 7 days to return cartridge and I even spoke to Annie but Camilla would not honor my cartridge return. I told her to keep it because it was not useful to me. She refused to sell me flower because I didn't want to take a concentrate in my vehicle that wasn't packaged and risk getting pulled over and charged with open container Crazy to not honor a returned cartridge the 1 time a returning customer has an issue.

What’s up everyone !!! If y’all haven’t been to BUTTER you need to check it out ! Great and safe experience from start to finish ! Got to smell and see what I wanted and only had to tell Alba my budget and she had great suggestions. Make sure you request Alba she’s knows what’s up!! Not a butter dispensary out there!
As Tina Turner would say, these guys are “Simply the Best, BUTTER than ALL the rest!” Best dispensary experience I’ve ever had. Hands down. They’re the real deal. The staff is absolutely delightful. Abba was so thoughtful and kind to me throughout the whole process. I popped into this place on the way to the SNA airport because it was close by, and I’m so glad that I did. I’ll never go anywhere else when I’m within 25mi. I was blown away by every single person, starting with the friendly security guard outside. Thank you for providing such amazing customer service, guys! This review is long overdue as it’s probably been about a month since I visited… forgive me, friends. See you soon!

It was my first time at butters and I was welcomed by Alba! And let me tell you!!!! She made it so easy to understand what it was I wanted exactly!! She was so generous and even gifted me pre roll cause I didn’t know if I wanted flower or not!! She was absolutely a doll! She is def my favorite Budtender of all time!!! I’ll be back asap

This is a nice dispensary with a lot to offer!! FTP deal is amazing and they have a VIP program with rewards. I placed an online order and one of the strains I picked was out of stock, I received a message from their support team letting me know the situation. They had other options to swap it out with. I had a flawless pick up experience with this location with the help of Josh. He explained the cool offerings they have and the vibes were good. Cool spot for sure! The art vibe is a bonus as well as the dank growing in the background. Edit 6-12-22 Went back for a second visit and it’s amazing the promos that are available! Picked up a WonderBrett live resin cart and boom, promo for another cart for a PENNY! Great store with great employees. From the security to the budtenders. Ashley B was excellent at helping me find a new cart and battery. It’s great to not feel rushed at a dispensary. Thanks again for the good vibes!
