Went to shop in the store today on my way home to Tulsa. Had the worst experience I’ve ever had. Was dealing with the general manager, a gentleman.. My card is one of the ones that the expiration date had to be changed due to the changes in the OMA portal when I went into renew my card. This general manager wanted to argue with me about the email that was sent out from the OMA about the extension of the cards. He called his boss. A lady named Jennifer is what I heard. She told him that this is what is going on because of OMMA. This gentleman turns around and is yelling at an older man who looks like he’s in his mid 70s. That’s a bartender there. About if I said we’re not gonna do it then we’re not gonna do it. I’m the general manager what I say goes. This was my first time in this location and it made it to where I will not shop at Okie Wonderland ever again
