Customer service is bad

Selma or soulma was rude & bad at the front desk I had gone to oc3 with my ID & e-documents my physical med rec card is still being mailed because it got renewed & I took a friend the lady who first helped me was very nice told me I just needed to email it to them & I was good. I proceed to come back 3 days later & soulma or Selma the lady at the counter was bad at cus service & rude she told me without my physical copy she would not let me in & after waiting for a while someone else came inside without a physical copy but e documents & she let him, I stare at her letting him in & she asks if I had my documents yes I did but she kept telling me no without physical med rec had me wasting my time because she doesnt the rules to her job.

the last few times I've been in I was not able to use my rewards. once I had depended on those rewards and had to leave without any product as I was short on cash. so today I tried once again and explained the situation to Daniel. he asked one question, what is my phone number? somehow the phone number listed on my profile was not correct. So this solved my issues in less than 2 minutes. Thanks to Daniel, none of the other tenders could even offer to help in my previous visits. Also, how in the world was my phone number changed? I've been using my rewards since you started offering them. I even used them at this store a couple weeks ago prior to this problem showing up.

Dissatisfied, bad flower

I am very disappointed in the quality of the flower I received. It was not what I asked for, it was completely different. It was brown and very harsh. Like is was cured to fast or stayed on the plant to long. . The flower is pre packaged. I do not believe that I will return. Prices for too high for the quality

They also delete bad reviews such as the last two I have written. Don’t give them your money, better off at West Klinic down the street. Also they’re plug play batches are verified however they are old batches , payed about $80 for a plug pod that was brown n not golden in color whatsoever. Stop selling 💩 to high paying customers simply wanting a good product for the price . Absolutely scummy how much they tax 🙅🏽‍♂️🙅🏽‍♂️🙅🏽‍♂️

We will be honoring all coupons regardless of the expiration date, so sorry for the inconvenience, the OC Weekly refused to pull the advertisement. We are doing everything to be compliant with Measure BB, and the city has promised us our permit to operate since the injunction was lifted last Friday, but we have still not received it. Please continue to call and check back, we anticipate the permit very soon.

They weren’t helpful

I mean as someone who’s never bought from a dispensary this was a new experience. So the anxiety of being from a state where the culture isn’t accepted. I don’t know whah I’m supposed to say or ask. I also shouldn’t of been told my anxiety was invalid. I think the guy said something along the lines about weed being like a bottle of whiskey, if you over do it there will problems. Also like I was looking for recommendations but not to be judgement and or critiqued. They weren’t helpful asking what I want instead of giving me recommendations. Like I obviously don’t know what I want if I am come to you guys for recommendations.

I've come to OC3 many a time and can say I've been satisfied with every visit. They have a broad selection of products for every method of consumption, often even offering a choice between multiple brands. Alongside the various products are the top-notch staff. Everyone I've dealt with has been an absolute pleasure, taking their time to help & educate me in a friendly way & without rushing me. Ask for Kevin or Toshi, those guys are great (but Kevin has the better hair :) )

wow this place is nice. once you walk up pure elegance. everyone there was super nice and friendly. the budtender that helped us out was knowledgeable and had answers for every question I had. dont know his name but he was tall skinny and had long hair. over my experience here was on point.

Besides carrying everything you need, whether we'll trimmed selections of flower to concentrates and edibles. But, what truly sets them apart is their service. From the friendly security staff before you walk in, to their very knowledgeable consultants that will spend time with you to make sure you get what you need or can afford. After a very rough neck surgery and current recovery, I found great value in product recommendations, such as my favorite lines of shatter and was even given a discount for being disabled. The daily deals save you, as do their loyalty programs and specials. Consistently awesome service. Trust me......Just CHECK EM OUT. You won't be disappointed. (Shout out to Ryan, Wendi?
