NWC

Honestly, the nicest shop I have been to with a professional layout. Everything is neat and organized which led to a quick check out experience. We were greeted right away with the Budtender and treated fantastically! It's a place I foresee myself driving to again and again!

All hail NWC!!!

Awesome shop, friendly and helpful staff. Huge selection of rare, hard to find OG cuts. Everyone there is on top of there game. I don't see high employee turnover here either. Which means the company is treating it's staff well. Something that is important to me when shopping. Been in here many, many times. Always been treated well. They have deals too. Tightwad Tuesday, point tracker, free food Friday. They really care about the customers. Prices are very reasonable. Will be a lifelong customer.

Amazing

I've been to most the dispensaries around Olympia. By far this one is the best one I have been to, they have a friendly and knowledgeable staff that's always waiting with a smile and friendly attitude.

Been here a few times. First time bought clones, had a slight problem with Fungus gnats, but they are easy to control. The dry meds were mediocre. Nothing to rave about. I did have some of their Sour Diesel hash (from months back) and it was not good. It seemed as if the bubble hash was low quality, as it was harsh and did not bubble. I have also had the Honey oil in the Jar. I used it for tea but felt very cheated as it was full of sugar and it has crystallized revealing the small amount of honey. Never seen canna honey go so wrong. I would only use this place for clones, just watch out for fungus gnats. Ok for dry meds, as I said; Mediocre.

Excellent meds (LONG constructive review)

2 people thought this review was helpful

Hi there. I'm newbie to medical cannabisand when I came in asking for help with pain and nausea and something that might give me more energy I was imediately handed one of jthe Medicated Chefs XXX strength RSO infused brownies. now since I tend to have panic attacks on some strains and strengths I had not yet really tried a medible but he was so sure it would help me I immediately purchased it. The guy behind the counter also took a sharpie marker and drew lines on the box and told me to use the lines as a guide to cut the brownie into 6 pieces and eat just one sixth. I got 5 full doses on this brownie and I think I would have gotten 6 if I had been able to STOP eating the delicious thing!!

If you have pain and nausea and what to feel happy and energized.... GET THAT BROWNIE!! It made me happy, helped my pain in a drastic way I mean really dramatic improvement. The ONLY downside is that I felt so good I over did and hurt really BAD when I ran out of brownie. But that's not the brownies fault, lol. That's just me overdoing because I had more energy then ivre had in months in and out of being hospitalized.

The other not so great thing about my visit is that my brother Could not go in with me. I am very new to cannabis and don't even know what questions to ask. My brother is my provider, but I didn't have my form for him. We asked if they had a form I could fill out for you guys to keep but they did not have any. But regardless almost every single other dispensary allowed me to take one family member in with me without any problems except you guys. I am clearly very ill, with tubes Attached to Me my hair fell out so I have what now looks like a buzz cause its starting to regrow. I walk slowly and uneven and am sA pretty serious fall risk, and I DID feel nervous and uncomfortable being seperated from the help of my brother, when every other place let's me have sA family member AND I was willing and wanting to fill out the foorm to let him go in for me or with me,but u guys did not even have that available. In a case like me in the future I would suggest letting the family member in or at very least ask if the person would like help walking To the counter and or offer them a chair. The reason I wanted my brother with me was twofold, physical help AND his knowledge. That help was denied me in ur shop alone of all the shops I've been to.

I will be back in, and my comments are meant to be constructive because I was so impressed with you brownie I think I'd walk over hot coals to get one. But the initial sign in experience and my repeated requests for my brother to be with me being denied were very poor experiences for me so I hope that improves and changes.

I also called to find out what exactly is in that brownie, what strain was used to make the RSO (and what strain of whatever else may be in the brownie) and if the RSO used to make the brownies is the exact same u sell in the shop. Also, how much THC in MG is in the brownie (none of this info is on the box) but the guy on the phone did not know, he took my number and I hope to hear back asap since I wannia try that strain in various methods of use including vaporizing flower.

Secondly, I asked for the stats on ur two CB dream clone strains but he didn't have that info available either. (IE. Ave THC and cbd content etc) I think it would benefit you and us if all of that info were available online on ur menu and on the packaging, and failing that, at least be available for the staff to look up when asked.

And lastly, offering freebies for reviews is a great idea, helps you, helps us, and inspires ur clients to tell their experiences as well as provides u with constructive comments that if taken seriously can only make u even better. Especially since your prices are a bit high, which is hard on those of us who live on disability (700$ monthly isn't enough to live on let alone buy meds) I might also suggest creating an area or a list of items that gives the best bang for ur buck. Things that offer the most doses for the money.

Products you do NOT have that I'd like to see... OpenVape prefilled cartridges that fit on most ecigs (especially the higher CBD ones).... Tetra labs products especially the mouth spray... All the dama oils and products... Anything with high cbd and lower THC (but not the NO THC strains), especially concentrates, RSOs and vapeable oils etc.

PS. If you answer my questions here I will definitely read it, so feel free to write here if you would rather do that then call me back.

Thanks so much, Blessings and Peace to all of you.

moirra If they can't follow ADA laws, they don't belong in business. You should be filing a complaint with the state.

That's not safety, that's a danger to all.

Thanks for taking the time to express yourself here. We would like to take this opportunity to publicly explain what happened in this exact scenario.

www.facebook.com/royce.ouellette = leroy420

Royce Ouellette was a patient who had a hard time affording his cannabis doctor visits and medication. When we discovered this, like we do with many patients in need, we offered to help him not only pay for his Doctor, but also to help him find a garden to join with other local patients that needed help and had no resources to grow their own. We did not endeavor to make a profit off of Royce’s pain and it hurts us to hear he feels this way.

http://goo.gl/7MzWcT allows patients to fill out a form explaining why they need help and request assistance from our Collectives. We donate tens of thousands of dollars of free medicine to patients who need it every month and that doesn’t include patients who we’ve helped pay for their doctor visit.

For a long time we provided Royce with a monthly allotment of medication and sometimes more than his agreed upon amount. One of our bud tenders felt sorry for him and had even loaned him cash for gas as a personal loan that he needed that wasn’t covered by his local garden.

Sadly, what happened is he and his dad volunteered at our event on July 5th; to get some free gifts, memorabilia, food, and entry into the event. We had a number of patients help out and we appreciated everyones help, the event NEVER could have gone smoothly without them. However it was overheard by multiple volunteers that Royce and his Dad were hiding in their tent laughing all day and talking about how they got in for free; how they got a bunch freebies but didn’t have to work because they had just hidden out in their tent; instead of helping like promised. Well, when our other volunteers overheard this they were mad! A few of them made sure to identify Royce and his dad to other garden patients and members as well as staff.

When this information reached members in the garden and the consultants of Northwest Collectives a decision was made by garden members and management, to no longer allow Royce to be one of the patients in his local garden. We have never said he isn’t allowed to come back to Northwest Collective and donate for his medicine here, and even though we paid for his Doctor’s visit, we have refrained from contacting his Doctor to inform them of his dishonesty and the potential for him to misuse his authorization as he was obviously viewing it as a ticket to free stuff and the good life, instead of as the medicine that it truly is for many patients who truly need it. Many patients in need have been waiting for a spot to open up in a local garden. The decision has been made that the attitude Royce and his Dad displayed is not that of someone who is actually in need of help but more that of someone looking for a free handout.

We want this review to stay up to show how dishonesty and disloyalty are dealt with at Northwest Collective

Bushape Good job of thinning out dead beats. People that abuse the system cause more problems for us people that really need it. It is pretty sad when people expect something for nothing, but that seems to be more popular lately. You guys are great, keep it up.

THE place to go in Lacey

1 person thought this review was helpful

This place is at the top of it's game here. The staff are all wonderful, happy, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The selection here is like being a kid walking into the candy store by yourself for the first time and being in sheer awe. The dry flower selection is just amazing. From in house grown special strains, to long time well known strains, this place has it all. The oils are clean, refreshing and just taste amazing. And clones??? Yeah, these guys have an awesome variety to choose from. They even have free food on Friday!?!?! THANK YOU NWC. You guys rock.
