As a vertically integrated organization, NETA produces all of their cannabis products at their state-of-the-art cultivation and processing center in Franklin. Independent laboratories test all of NETA’s therapies for potency, pathogens, and other contaminants, so patients can rest assured their medicine is of the highest quality. NETA accepts both cash and pin-based card transactions at their Northampton and Brookline facilities. They provide discounts to those eligible for their financial hardship program and also offer new patients $49 off their first $50 purchase. Their staff is easily reachable either by phone or through their very active social media presence, where questions are typically answered in less than 24 hours. Access to their facilities is easy with ample parking and handicap accessibility at all locations Service Locations: NETA proudly operates two retail facilities in Massachusetts: Northampton in the west and Brookline in the Boston metro area. Both are easily accessible via major highways and public transportation. Patients are welcome and encouraged to visit both locations.

Hi Cannibee2007 - Welcome to Massachusetts! While recreational sales in MA may begin in July of this year, until then, as per MA DPH regulations, NETA will serve only medical marijuana patients registered in the state's program. Here are the steps to becoming a MA MMJ patient: ------- 1. Obtain a recommendation from a physician We have heard from other patients that many large hospital/physicians groups are not recommending yet, for a variety of reasons. Some patients have had to establish bona-fide relationships with other doctors that specialize in this type of treatment. You may want to try searching google for Mass Medical Marijuana doctors in order to find a doctor which specializes in marijuana treatments. Once your doctor issues a recommendation, they will input the recommendation into the state's online registry. -------- 2. Use your recommendation to register yourself as a patient You will likely receive an email from the state Dept. of Public Health describing the next steps toward registration. There is also a step-by-step guide for the process available to patients available through the state's medical marijuana website. ------- 3. Once registered, you'll receive your Patient registration card. A temporary registration card will be emailed to you, and you'll receive your physical registration card in the mail. You can print your temporary card and use it to visit any Massachusetts dispensary. ------- 4. Your registration card (along with a valid gov't issued ID) will allow you access to a MA registered dispensary. Typical IDs include a driver's license, passport or military ID. -------- If you have further questions, feel free to write to us - Contact@netacare.org
Staff is great and I've never had an issue with them until they called a manager over to my transaction. There was a slight mishap with a discount being applied to my purchase, the manager made me feeling like I did something wrong as well as the employee. I haven't been back since. based on my last experience I would review them with fewer stars but to be fair I've always had great customer service at Neta.

Beautiful building, helpful staff , it even has a parking lot. Top notch products. Prices need to come down however! Other dispensaries have daily sale items.
Thank you for this review - we appreciate your feedback! While we routinely monitor prices across the state and feel we are aligned with other dispensaries, we hear you. We want to let you know about several cost-saving programs to aid patients with the expense of their medicine: Our "Why Wait For Better Health" voucher program gives patients up to $200 to help defer costs of becoming a patient. Our Refer-A-Friend program credits patients $49 when a referred friend spends at least $1. We also offer sales and specials throughout the year and store-specific sales. Our current Shoe Drive for Cancer Connection gives patients a one-time 10% discount when they donate certain gently-worn shoes. Call or visit us for more information on any of these programs and specials - we are happy to tell you about them!
This place is really good compared to other dispensaries close to here for options on cartridges, topicals, and shatter but their edibles are NOT GOOD. I’ve tried 6 different things and felt nothing from any of them. They also screwed me over because nobody ever disclosed that there was a $2.50 fee (there’s a small sticker on the pin pad) that was going to trigger my bank to also charge me an ATM fee! So I’ve been going and paying with my card as normal and have been losing $6 every time I do! I called Neta to ask why I was being charged and the girl on the phone was extremely rude. Every other dispensary I’ve been to has made A very good point to let me know what they were going to be charging me but not here.
Thank you for this feedback and for being a patient with NETA. With edibles, every patient may have a different experience, with some patients not feeling any effect - no matter the dose, while others need a much smaller dose than they would with flower. Still others may need a higher dose than with flower. You may fall into the first category. Keeping a log while trying different doses, starting low and slow and waiting 2 hours before trying another dose, may help you find if you are at all effected by edibles. We are happy to discuss methods of titrating to find your ideal therapy on your next visit. We understand the frustration associated with bank fees and apologize that you feel you had not been informed about them. We have several areas in which we display the fee in the dispensaries, including the handheld ATM pin pad. However, we do try to verbally inform all of our patients and are sorry that you were not told. The fees are charged by the bank and NETA does not receive any of these funds. As some banks will reimburse fees that they charge for ATM use, you may want to contact your bank to inquire about removing their charges to your account. We look forward to your next visit.
So helpful from guards at front to greeters. One in one help deciding which product best for me. The lotion has helped with my pain was amazing
Ava was happy to help me and explain my options. Every staff member I encountered was really friendly and I didn’t feel awkward at all. I had some trepidation but needn’t have. I didn’t realize they only take cash or debit cards - my fault for not reading. Ava wrote down all the things I wanted and I came back the next day with cash and went through the express line. Very easy. Thank you for such a wonderful place.
