I have never gone to a NETA (Brookline or Northampton) and had a bad experience! Excellent customer service, so helpful and patient, and amazing quality products! I would recommend NETA to everyone looking for a good deal and a pleasant experience!!
I have been to three Massachusetts dispensaries. Whilst all were positive experiences, my trip to NETA Brookline stood out. Every staff member was great, from the guys outside to Jack and Lynette who explained everything. The quality of the flower I purchased was excellent. I will be back (even with an hour plus ride).
I lost my masshealth card and an employee told me once i replaced it i could get credit for the 10% I should have gotten. I called in and manager told me it does not work like that and that if I bring it in next time I will get 10% off. This is ridiculous I would have waited until I got my masshealth card before purchasing anything. Definitely will not be coming back at all. I got all excited waiting for my card to come in the mail so I could have credit just to find out it was for no reason.

When I asked if they had a Veterans discount, I felt uncomfortable afterwards. I felt very disrespected. I will not go back. Thanks guys

Great place location people and products favorite dispensary
all the staff are really friendly and helpful. very organized. I always feel like I'm making a genuine connection with whoever is helping me. the staff is very knowable about all the products and make excitement recommendations.
I recently became a patient here and the staff is super friendly and definitely pay attention to their clients because they remember all the regulars. The selection is decent, and I have no complaints on quality yet. Today I purchased some different products than flower and it was awesome how much the employee knew about the medicine they sell. I'll definitely continue coming back!
1. Slightly more potent THC producing strains than the rest of them. (Except ATG maybe)
2. Very friendly staff.

1. Some strains, especially the CBD producing ones, don't receive the same amount of love as the others. I've gotten a lot of B-grade popcorn nugs.
2. The staff is nice, but CRAZY SLOW.
3. The entrance and exit cause a problem when it's busy, and lines get long.
Overall, definitely worth going back for certain items!

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the CBD flower quality. We assure you, our CBD flowers get a lot of love. These are some of the most requested strains and we work hard to deliver the best quality to our patients. Next time you come in, feel free to ask to choose the buds that you wish.
The staff thanks you for the compliments. We also want you to know that we make sure to give every patient the time needed to make an informed purchase. Many patients are new to cannabis and need a little extra time to make their decisions. We do have an Express program - fill out an order form, give it to the staff and they will call you when your order is ready. This gives patients a chance to sit and relax while they wait. The dispensary does have slower days. Visit Monday - Wednesday for shorter lines.
And finally, the entrance. We do have staff and an officer outside the door to let people in and keep the entryway safe. We do our best to have as few patients as possible in the entry at any one time.

The Team at NETA
This was my first ever dispensary visit, and I could not have chosen a better place. From the employees at the front door, to the second door and the greeter, it was not at all what I had anticipated. I approached with a great deal of anxiety, which was quickly dissipated with just how friendly everybody was. The process was quick and easy, the greeter walked me through everything and made me feel welcome. I had Sara as my budtender, and she was simply amazing with her knowledge of the medicine and the symptoms that they treat. She guided me into making the purchase that I wanted and needed. I may never try another Dispensary as my 1st impression of this facility exceeded my expectations. Helped to that Sara was a cutie.
