It is clear that NETA takes pride in all aspects of cannabusiness operations, but their products and individualized patient services are what truly set it apart from the rest of the cannabis industry. Their staff is well trained and friendly. Their deep knowledge base helps to effectively guide patients through the challenges associated with: strain differentiation, consumption methods, applications and more, all with an eye towards identifying just what products work best for each patient’s needs.
NETA’s menu includes several brands of cannabis products that include topicals, edibles, vaporizer products, concentrates, flowers, and more, all in different varieties, potencies, and cannabinoid profiles. As a vertically integrated organization, NETA produces all of their cannabis products at their state-of-the-art cultivation and processing center in Franklin. Independent laboratories test all of NETA’s therapies for potency, pathogens, and other contaminants, so patients can rest assured their medicine is of the highest quality.
NETA accepts both cash and pin-based card transactions at their Northampton and Brookline facilities. They provide discounts to those eligible for their financial hardship program and also offer new patients $49 off their first $50 purchase. Their staff is easily reachable either by phone or through their very active social media presence, where questions are typically answered in less than 24 hours. Access to their facilities is easy with ample parking and handicap accessibility at all locations
NETA proudly operates two retail facilities in Massachusetts: Northampton in the west and Brookline in the Boston metro area. Both are easily accessible via major highways and public transportation. Patients are welcome and encouraged to visit both locations.

A great looking shop with a friendly and knowledgable staff. I just wish I liked what they grow more, it just did not seem v potent. However it is passable flower. I have never had an edible made in Massachusetts that I found worth the money and what I got here hardly had an effect on me. I think this has to do with the strict MA laws, however. So, I still make my own edibles. I reccomend this spot, just with some small reservations. I think as time goes by it will Improve.
Hi MitchellAndThom. Thank you for taking the time to review NETA. While the majority of your review was positive, we wanted to make sure you are a happy patient of NETA. All of our infused products and flower are 100% guaranteed. If you have had less than desireable effects please let us know on your next visit and bring back any unused product. Our staff will be happy to help you find products that are right for you. - With care, The Team at NETA
I have nothing bad to say about NETA. Every experience I have had is a great one. They have wonderful array of flower and it changes daily. Makes getting favorites again difficult but allows you to try a wide variety. And they have an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff who give you good vibes from the second you walk in the door and even out in the parking lot when leaving.
The wait times are long but the reason is because people keep going there and are not checking out the other dispensaries. It's not their fault, the patients should be going to other places which would keep wait times down and also allow them to remove or change the limits. Just my feedback.
I would put NETA as my number one option but Quincy, Boston and Newton are all good options too.
I've been to many dispensaries, only a couple in MA but countless ones in CA. This was easily up there in top 3 professional setups. It's an old bank, the atmosphere is awesome, like 30 employees running around, 10 different registers. Benches along the wait line was a great touch. The menus they hand you while you wait are great. Unfortunately when it comes down to it the buds are what matters. It was great quality, but every strain I saw were all small popcorn nugs. They also just hold a huge ziplock container with a few ounces and wave the cover in your face when all I wanted was to look at just one individual nug. They need to put sample buds in a jar for people to look at. The 49dollar discount for first time patients was awesome. Im not going back because of how small all the buds were though. Not impressed. Once they step up their medicine quality they will be the best in the state
Thank you for your review. We strive to have as many strains and bud sizes on the menu to serve a wide variety of patient's needs. We encourage patients to view as many strains as they would like in order to find the right type and size. We look forward to seeing you again - feel free to talk to the staff so we can help find what you are looking for.
it's sad for MA that this place considers itself the best in the state. they charge way too much for how poorly their flower is grown and on top of that, they limit to a quarter a day? ...not very convenient for someone with disabilities... this place has a lot of things to work on before they will even be good let alone the best. i will not be coming here again.
Hi OIL710OIL, to address your comments: we continuously monitor pricing in the Massachusetts market to ensure that we stay competitive. Our cultivation team is always working on improving the quality of our flower – if you have any specific feedback on issues with our flower quality, we are all ears. Please feel free to let us know what you would like to see improved about this by shooting us an email to email@example.com. On limits: like yourself, we are very much looking forward to doing away with the limits (permanently) as soon as possible. Having limits right now simply ensures that all of our patients are still able to purchase flower at all. We are now in the process of expanding the square footage of our cultivation facility to allow us to grow even more plants in the upcoming months - but as you know, cultivating cannabis takes time. We’re hoping for our first harvest from the new space, and a major bump in our production capacity, in 2017.
From the second I stepped through the doors I felt comfortable. The sweet aroma hits you right away and everyone greets you with geninue politeness. There are always plenty of staff available to take your order or answer and questions you may have. Overall 10/10 for this dispensary and by far the best one I have ever been too.
Ive been a patient for nearly 6 months now and have noticed that neta the only flower shop to keep the same flower rotation week after week...DIsappointing then theres a limit to how much flower we can buy terrible just terrible
Hi ElDominicano420, thanks for your feedback. Right now, there are about 30 strains in our rotation - our focus is to make these as available as possible for our many patients. While we will be introducing a few new strains in the coming months, the majority of our feedback has been requests for us to have more of what we are already making available. While the limits are necessary right now to ensure a continued selection and variety of flower, we plan on lifting them once our inventory is back to normal levels. The reality is, even with a huge cultivation facility - the largest in the state - the high demand for NETA’s products has put the pinch on our flower supply. Having limits simply ensures that all of our patients are still able to purchase flower. Although the limits are necessary for the time being in order to be fair to everyone, we assure you that we are working hard at making this situation better for you.
It was a very busy place the line was long but I loved the customer Service that quality of the product. I just have to find the correct product for my illness.
I've been to other local dispensaries and this dispensary by far has the best products, staff and menus. Very clear and concise about all the products, big variations for all sorts of different types of med mar. All staff is very knowledgeable and courteous.
It felt like going home after being away for so long they treated me like family great feeling after my first experience...
