NETA It is clear that NETA takes pride in all aspects of cannabusiness operations, but their products and individualized patient services are what truly set it apart from the rest of the cannabis industry. Their staff is well trained and friendly. Their deep knowledge base helps to effectively guide patients through the challenges associated with: strain differentiation, consumption methods, applications and more, all with an eye towards identifying just what products work best for each patient’s needs. As a vertically integrated organization, NETA produces all of their cannabis products at their state-of-the-art cultivation and processing center in Franklin. Independent laboratories test all of NETA’s therapies for potency, pathogens, and other contaminants, so patients can rest assured their medicine is of the highest quality. NETA accepts both cash and pin-based card transactions at their Northampton and Brookline facilities. They provide discounts to those eligible for their financial hardship program and also offer new patients $49 off their first $50 purchase. Their staff is easily reachable either by phone or through their very active social media presence, where questions are typically answered in less than 24 hours. Access to their facilities is easy with ample parking and handicap accessibility at all locations Service Locations: NETA proudly operates two retail facilities in Massachusetts: Northampton in the west and Brookline in the Boston metro area. Both are easily accessible via major highways and public transportation. Patients are welcome and encouraged to visit both locations.

My first visit went so smooth and easy with the friendly staff there waiting to help me out. The signup process and actually entering in was easy and fast, again the staff were all willing to help you with any questions you had. Everything was clean and professional looking, I️ was super impressed with how much they care about their products and making sure we are satisfied! Definitely check this place out, you’ll be impressed entering and leaving. I’ll be coming back over and over for sure.
The most respectable flower shop I've been in so far. Definitely taking advantage of the new patient deals but I'll be a faithful customer. 1 visit and you'll be glad.
High ceilings/ stone interior is very cool. Friendly, not overly-annoying staff and fast service. Did the express thing and was out about 7-10 min after giving them my order. Did have to circle like twice because I suck with a gps and it’s in a busy-ish area but they have a cop to direct traffic right into the parking lot (small af parking lot honestly, big vehicles beware, I have a Prius C and it was nbd for me). Also there is a handicap/elevator for wheel chairs in case anyone was wondering. Overall good quality of flower and pre-rolls, only bought 1 vape cartridge/pen and it didn’t work very well (Rempen brand). If I didn’t live so far away I would totally go there all the time.

I really love this dispensary. They have really good wax and flower and have some of the best deals and prices. The only issue is the pens they carry. I’d rather spend more money on a better made tank & oil. I noticed the oil is really thick sometimes. I’m not sure if there is another type of oil but I’ve had other tanks that hit better. I’ve returned 1 tank no problem so hopefully they’ll replace this last one! Staff is very friendly and informative. Also more professional than some other shops I’ve been too!

Do you process your flower meaning removing trichomes kief and other active ingredients from the flower and then sell it.
Thanks for reaching out. To answer your question simply: We do not. Our team takes great care to ensure that all flower is carefully dried, hand-trimmed, and cured as best as possible for each batch.
If you have further questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com, we're happy to help you!
Where is the best place for a painless process to obtain a medical card? Seems like a long process out here.
Hi and welcome to Massachusetts. Becoming a patient is quite easy and we can even help defray some of the expense. Please follow this link for all the info you need: http://netacare.org/become-a-patient/
First went to NETA about a month ago as it's the closest to me, and their website is crazy legit, so I had to check them out. Extremely professional people there ready to help and answer questions. I have not been to any other dispensary because this one has everything I need at the highest quality. I've never been disappointed with any of their products. This place might be the only place I go to.

Great product, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, would highly recommend! I always go here even though it's like a half hour away from where I live, and Patriot Care is right down the street from me. NETA is a wildly preferable experience in comparison.

Hey so I would just like to say iam not very pleased with this whole new thing you guys are doing with the whole renewal discount, I just renewed my mmj back in June maybe two months ago, so I figured that it wasn't to long ago and iam a continuous patient even though it's over a two hour drive to neta and home for me, and I have early onset of degenerative discs so that really really doesn't feel good after two hours driving if iam lucky with no traffic, and to just be told no that two months is too long ago to get the discount even though it's a new thing, and if I had known I could have waited until July to renew everything, its just if you do it a moth early it's easier for the doctor to just look you up and rewrite a certificate after just looking up my account, so because of that I get screwed over for your new thing your doing wich is awesome don't get me wrong, but I went up there today to try and get some things only in hope that I would get a discount to only to just be told no 2 month is to long, so I guess neta really just doesn't care truly huh, I am never driving up to neta to get my medicine because this is ridiculous that discount should be valid for any of the patients that have renewed in the past six month, and to be told 2 months is to long and I can do it next time I renew, so pretty much being told hey sorry maybe next year that's messed up and I won't deal with it, and so aren't all the people with cards that I have already told, they know what a task it is for me with my back to drive that far, but hey like I said earlier clearly you people at neta just really dont care.
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the newly launched $200 patient benefit program, and we certainly understand your frustration at being unable to take advantage of the offer due to your being 2 months post renewal. While the $200 patient benefit program rules for qualification are firm, we do offer all of our patients the option to take part in our Refer-a-Friend program.
Recouping the benefit of "Refer-a-Friend" is easy: at your request, any of our Patient Service Advocates will provide you with a stack of program cards. Simply write your patient number on the cards and then distribute them among your friends who are Massachusetts Medical Marijuana Program patients. Every time one of your friends comes in to NETA, presents the card bearing your patient number, and spends at least $1.00, we will credit your account with $49.00 that you can use at NETA anytime. There is no limit on how much you can earn with this benefit, and there is no time frame in which your referral cards must be dispensed or redeemed. This program applies regardless of when a patient became certified or renewed a registration.
We value you as a patient and appreciate the concerns you have taken the time to express. We hope you will consider taking advantage of this offer, and we encourage you to come in or contact us at (617) 841-7250 or firstname.lastname@example.org with any further questions you may have.
