Terrible customer service. Management is very unprofessional and they are clearly new to management. Not shopping here again until the staff changes.

From the moment security checks IDs (friendly hello,)To the entrance person, smiles and warm greetings. The place is always spotless, they have amazing display cases an the staff are quick and have great knowledge on their products. Easy parking, and ♿ access. They have become my only place to go. Ethos Dorchester always has what I'm looking for, and the staff is very smart!

Friendly Staff, Very Knowledgeable. I grabbed a 10.5 of Wedding Wafer it’s was really good, upbeat type high, I recently had knee surgery and it relieved the throbbing sensation I was still able to function and was able to write this review, I’ll definitely be going back.

The best of Boston so far. This is my first review in Massachusetts and it’s was hard to be honest with the product on the east coast. The must say that Ethos and the staff are the best of Dorchester. Good location. Friendly bud tender and the security officer have respect for me he patient and our needs.
