I've been to enough dispensary openings to know that the first week's selection is usually relatively slim -- especially in a market where medical cannabis is brand-new and only a few cultivators are approved to operate at the moment -- but the longer everything is legal and the more the industry expands, I'm confident their product selection will grow!

Out of Towners 1st visit

We were from out of town on the last leg of a long journey that day & needed something for pain to make it home. It was late night I went in and was greeted by extremely welcoming Employees. They listened to what we needed and we're happy to help with recommending something that we could use. Very happy with our purchase & will gladly make a stop there again on our next journey.

these guys have came a long way.always have top notch quality if thats what you are looking for,great specials,concentrates starting at around 50 on up..40$ eigths,down to 1.75 grams for 32$! i usualy only dab,but curiosity and being a true stoner made me buy 3.5 grams od headchange flower today.and it by far the best flower ive bought in Missouri in my opinion.Dwarfs illicit,proper,sinse,c4,.Wish i could post a pic. Hey,thanks guys.Expensive,but WOW! stay loaded with a dab. headchange concentrates are 🔥🔥also

MHW staff are amazing people

I have been coming to the Jefferson City location since they opened up. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. The facility is clean and well-maintained, along with a grate selection of product to choose from, and even more product to come as it becomes available. In my honest opinion if you live in the Jeff city area or around I definitely recommend I Missouri Health Wellness, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

This place is great and I have never had an issue but you guys really need to be putting rosins in the fridge to preserve as many terpenes as possible, please please please just get a fridge for them it’ll help. Much love

They have been open a week, and they have a few strains and today I went in and they had two strains or 20 dollar pre rolls, its seems, you have to drive to fifteen primo in Columbia Mo, they are the same price, but have a few to select from, ! But, both have pretty dry meds ! I hope it gets better !

The staff was very helpful but the selection there compared to other dispensaries in the mid-mo area just doesn’t justify getting my medicine there. Hope to see some C4 or Illicit products there soon.

Product is no different from the competition. Same strains, cultivars, and generally, the same prices. The choice between this place and their competition is really a matter of service which kind of boils down to how much knowledge do the people i interact with have, the appeal/appearance of the place, and friendliness of the people you deal with. That said, shouting through bulletproof glass to someone that seems disinterested in me other than to coldly instruct me to “pull down my mask and look up at the camera”, then eventually I get to go back and have a tender push me through the process (seriously feels like I’m being rushed) and really offer nothing in the way of knowledge (or knows less about the strains than I do). The place looks ok, but being addressed through that glass and being asked to look up at the security camera during check in, really sets a tone that makes me wonder what sort of decor could possibly make this place feel friendly?

Lack of knowledge is appalling.

As the state only recognizes the medical use of cannabis. I personally find it appalling that this facility allows their staff to give misinformation to customers while pretending to be knowledgeable on the subject of cannabis. Not only are the bud tenders and lobby staff uneducated on their products, but the manager didn't even know what was in their products as well. They will lie and attempt to push the products they have more of rather than actually getting you what you need. It seems "I don't know." is a very common phrase at this facility. When a knowledgeable bud tender would be able to find the information they don't have memorized within the computer system. The entire staff needs to be re-educated on the products they are selling, and the upper management needs to care more about the patient than getting rid of overstock. The only reason they get 1 star is because there aren't any 0s. This is disgraceful, MOHW, get it together.
