Came in today for the first time. John helped me and he was really nice, patient, and knowledgeable. There are TONS of strains to choose from. Quality ranges from very good to "HOLY MOTHER OF GOD". Some of the best flower in town for sure. You get member pricing your first 3 visits, so i will be back for sure! WAY TO STEP IT UP YALL! YOU ROCK!
p.s. i would complain about the med pricing, but in this case, you are getting what you pay for . FIRE!!!!!
Bought some gummiws and a cookie, ate 4 and didn't feel anything. Probably won't go back again.
I like this place a lot. Great staff, everyone is super nice and they make you feel welcome in the shop. I've been in 3 times now. Great selection of bud, edibles, and a large selection of pre-rolled J's . The bud is comes at two different qualities for a great price on both.
Pickle bud is a great high and Flo is a great relief from anxiety with a nice sustained high with it.
I became a member here because I'm on a fixed income and the prices and deals were too good to pass up! In a year of shopping the connoisseur shelf I've only found less than 3 grams of stems that I couldn't vape. I have chronic nerve pain from spinal nerve damage and have researched strains for nerve pain. Medicinal Oasis has most of them, at different times of the year. I love the Banana Kush and the Lemon OG I picked up last time. You have got to try their house strain Sour Apple Maui, soaring head high and great pain relief in a great tasting flower! I like their Trainwreck best for daytime pain relief and either Purple Urkel, Mango or Deadhead OG Kush for evening pain relief. I've got a small stash of their White Rhino, it is my go to pain reliever for muscle pain. I made a glycerin tincture of their Sensi Star and use it for migraine headaches. By now you should be getting the idea I really like this place. The side parking lot isn't that bad, I can turn around in my Ford Ranger.
The budtenders here are great, laid back and very friendly, remember to tip your budtenders, they provide a valuable service!
Thank you for the kind words! We are glad to hear that you have been able to manage your pain with the strains we carry! :)
This used to be strictly a medicinal facility until the beginning of March. They now sell recreational as well as medicinal products. The parking lot is tiny, which is the only drawback. Upon entering you can go to either the medicinal entrance or the recreational side. Staff has a good knowledge, and there a wide selection of both bud and edibles. I opted for the edibles. Got gummies, chocolates, and hard candy. Prices are $16-$20 for 100mg, and most come 4 pieces to a pack. Other dispensaries bundle the tax into the price, but not so here. I bought $72 worth of product and wound up paying $88 with tax. No biggie, just be aware that the retail price is not your "final" price.
Stopped in for my first time at Medicinal Oasis yesterday!
Gonna keep this review shorter than my others. Short and sweet.
First up, I'm just gonna get the cons out of the way. The store wasn't as stocked up on herbs as I would have liked to have seen, however, they had the widest variety out of any east Aurora dispensary I've seen so far. Their store seemed a little empty because of it. And the poor chap working there could have used some help with the traffic. Next is that parking there is abysmal. It was nearly impossible to back out in our car when we were ready to leave and the turn in was kind of funny. This isn't exactly Oasis' fault though, as they were forced to relocate recently because of city codes. Which is unfortunate. Upon closer examination, as well, their trim-jobs on their flower leave a little bit to be desired. Even with my shaky hands from seizures, I have trimmed bud to look way prettier than some of their strains. Too much leaf on some of it. Last con was, for a first time buyer, 38 dollar eighth (with tax) seemed a little expensive.
The pros! The guy who budtended us was super friendly! My mom finally got her temporary paperwork in, so it was her first time at a medicinal dispensary. The budtender was super helpful in helping me explain things to her about MMJ and what not. Super duper plus for him. It definitely made it feel more like an actual dispensary and less like a "recreational pot shop." If he had some help, the staff rating would have been 5/5 leaves from me instead of straight 4. He was also personable with ALL his customers, which is something I liked seeing a lot. Medicine for the sake of medicine. Good deal. Also, their selection of Marqaha products was awesome. Very much a pro. The atmosphere would feel a little better if parking wasn't so bad and if their selection was bigger. I'll have to stop by again soon, as the budtender said they were getting more in later that day or today. Again, would like to reiterate this dude was super chill, definitely the kind of broski I would not mind sitting down and seshing with. One last pro: Oasis gave my mom and I both first timer deals on our first three visits. Every other place I've been only gives one. So, I can go back two more times and buy that same delicious 8th of Flo for 38 dollars... Even if it is slightly overpriced hehe. This is, by far, the most first time buyer perks I've found in an east Aurora dispensary, so far.
Bud quality is okay. Its better than average, but not quite on "epic" proportions. I picked up an eighth of Flo and got a free preroll of Alaskan. The Alaskan was pretty great as well, and both get my standardized 4 out of 5 leaf rating. More like a 3.75 rating, but still some pretty good bud. The Flo stinks like a damned corpse, quite pungently too. Smokes great. I'm saving the Alaskan to let my best friend up in Longmont try it out later on. All in all, above par bud all around from what I've tried.
If they could solve their parking issues, slightly adjust their prices to work around the wonky sum the tax makes it, spruce up the inside slightly (and part of this is my fault for coming in when their selection wasn't as big as normal), then I think this would be a place I stop by normally.
The experience makes them a contender in my search for a caretaker.
Pretty stellar job on my first visit Oasis! I'm enjoying your Flo very much. :)
Also, note to buyers, ATM is available inside the store. Will be paying wit' 'dem Jacksons.

Get down to Medicinal Oasis for some power-ups! Powerberry is dark and stoney and smokes clean. Don't forget the Power confidential which is one of my new hybrid faves. they also now have Durban Oil and I hear they will have recreational opening real soon.
