Great People, Lovely place!
There are some great people working for you! Lorelei? I believe is her name, remembered me from over a month ago, and said she had researched neuropathy and what strains would be best for me, I couldnt believe that she did that, never could my wife, talk about going out of the way for your customers. every time we come into the store we are treated with such kindness. keep up the amazing work! Oh and get some Northern Light flower in or White widow Please.

As you walk in you are greeted by a lovely lady with dark/purple hair, great customer service and checks you right in with a ease.... As you open the door. You are instantly hit with the beautiful smell of freshly cured flower and you know your in heaven ✊🏿

I love coming here, its never a disappointment. there's something for everyone, and if you cant find something you are looking for they are willing to put in some recommendations for you. The staff at each point of the experience is quite unlike anyone place I've been too. I love that the budtenders work together to give you as much info as you would ever need about the products. I love asking for what they love this week because everytime i get something that is recommended I love it. You can tell that they love to help and love their jobs. Its such a friendly and accepting atmosphere, I cannot wait to see what else they have in store for a sweet town of Winnemucca, but whatever they do I'm sure it will be just as amazing. Also i love how community oriented the place is, its a blessing to our little town. Thank you so much for your business!!

Fun little shop in a little town
Stopped into this little store on the edge of nowhere in Nevada, and absolutely loved the visit. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a happy employee that told me all about the store as he checked me in. Once allowed through the lobby door I was greeted by the budtenders and one gave a tour of the floor to show where the different products were displayed... from flower and prerolls to edibles to cbd and to concentrates/wax... I immediately wanted to try everything! If prices were a bit lower I probably would have, but being the edge of nowhere I'll give Lucid a break on costing a bit more than Vegas or Reno. Had a great time talking about weed the entire time I was in the store, walked out with an 1/8th of their entry level flower, Salmon River Og by Bohemian Bros... with an almost 32% THC in their bottom shelf, I was blown away by it, 100% gas. I also got a couple of disposable vapes, a Blackberry Kush by Reno M, and a Gushers by Church. Definitely recommend and will return!

Great deals, convenient location
I am very happy with my experience at this dispensary. Driving through town on the way to Reno I got some solid flower at a great price. It is right off the highway and was in and out within 5 minutes. Very happy I stopped here instead of going to the more hectic dispensaries in Reno.

Nice, quaint little small-town joint
Their staff was upbeat and friendly, and offered us a 17-19% (can’t remember) visitor’s discount. The selection was somewhat limited, but totally sufficient. There were a few high-end offerings in every section, one to three upper mid-range, and one or maybe two budget products. All were very high quality and a decent price. Not great, but definitely fair aside from maybe some of the flower, although I’m just not an exotic flower guy in the first place. We got an Old Pal cart and some White Label diamonds, and both are straight up fire. Only cost about $44 total for a half gram of each. Not super low but fair considering they were both almost pure cannabinoids and/or terps. Highly recommend. I almost forgot to mention, they have a really cool, open floor that’s like no dispensary I’ve seen. All of the products were in little boxes with glass faces so you could just walk around the store and look at a sample of everything. Really neat.

Great experience, knowledgeable staff. Dawn helped me when I came in , very friendly, she informed me it was her 2nd day and she would do her best to help me find what in needed. She recommended the tangie train wreck cart and kushmints which were both just what I needed! I will definitely be back

I found the staff polite and receptive to feedback. However, the dispensary seems to be stuck in a stagnant state with untapped potential. The card ordering system, outdated cabinets, and a lack of efficient use of space need an overhaul. Temperature control for products is essential. The frequent 30-50% discount days suggest overpricing, which is off-putting. I’ve visited dispensaries in various states, and it’s clear this one needs investment and better management to thrive. With a customer-centric approach, this place could double, even triple its revenue in short order.

Great place but beware of. . .
Great location & good prices. Been coming to this dispensary since it first opened. All staff are engaging and very helpful EXCEPT Erik, who seems annoyed & bothered cause you asked a question or came into his store. Every interaction with Erik is the same, he is impolite, unhelpful, he doesn't promote the specials or deals, nothing. Erik hates his job, he needs to quit and move on. Life's too short to hate your job. Better to drive up the hill to Water Canyon or head to Lovelock but Fernley is just around the bend.
