Bad business
I went into the Boca Raton store last week. The sales person informed me that a few hours before I walked in there store, a policy changed and certain products that were discounted for first time buyers were no longer available at the discounted rate. I spoke with a customer service rep and he stated,” we can’t do anything about it and the company is losing millions.” He then told me that his supervisor would call me back the next day, but a week later to no avail. Now that is professional! Go to Truelieve, where you can get the same products at 15 dollars cheaper for the same syringes. I will stick to reputable places that do not change the prices, while I am in the middle of the purchase.
Packaging
I’ve been ordering from here for a year now I enjoy the papa herbs cartridges and I have tried like every kind. A few months ago they changed the packaging so it’s in liberty packaging and not the official brand packaging, I’ve never had an issue till today. I opened it and I ordered papa herbs gelato, which I had before, and on the side of the cartridge it always says papa herbs and is a white mouth piece the one I got today said nothing and it was black mouth piece and did not have a effect as normal and it didn’t taste the same. I know that this is not papa herbs it’s 100% a lesser quality and I got screwed. This is extremely dishonest. How can they think I wouldn’t notice and why else would they have to get rid of the official packaging

False advertising and poor customer experience
I was waiting outside at 4:52 and u guys canceled the order at 4:57. No where does it say that pick up is needed by 4:30. Only reference to time is that the store closes at 5. Unacceptable and false advertising. I called at 4:58 and you refused to give me my order, even after making me wait. I will not be returning.
