I’ve been ordering from here for a year now I enjoy the papa herbs cartridges and I have tried like every kind. A few months ago they changed the packaging so it’s in liberty packaging and not the official brand packaging, I’ve never had an issue till today. I opened it and I ordered papa herbs gelato, which I had before, and on the side of the cartridge it always says papa herbs and is a white mouth piece the one I got today said nothing and it was black mouth piece and did not have a effect as normal and it didn’t taste the same. I know that this is not papa herbs it’s 100% a lesser quality and I got screwed. This is extremely dishonest. How can they think I wouldn’t notice and why else would they have to get rid of the official packaging

I’ve been to this shop a few times now and I ordered through the phone and asked for 4 indica concentrates I didn’t care about which ones I just wanted indica and when I picked up I double checked with the lady that they are all indica and she said yes and I get home and I have one indica one hybrid/indica, one sativa and one sativa/indica. They have good prices on concentrates but I guess the employees here don’t care much about what your order is.
